Though location is not really in the centre of Lisbon, price is relatively cheaper with other hotels in the centre. Relatively lots of options in breakfast menu, toilet and bed room including towels are clean and bed's comfortable. Complimentaries are something to appreciate like 2 jugs of water for 3. Quick to have hot water and staff are very friendly. Can go back again unless price no longer competitive.

è andata benissimo. Eravamo arrivati alle 09:30 circa per depositare i bagagli ma sapevamo del fatto che il check in era alle 15:00. STAFF veramente disponibile e veramente accogliente. La struttura è molto bella sia dentro che fuori. Per quanto riguarda la colazione decisamente 100000/10. Era tutto squisito!!!! Non vedevo l'ora di fare colazione. Questo hotel lo consiglierò ai miei amici che verranno a Lisbona e di sicuro ci tornerò!

nice hotel with great breakfast and convenient like it ! Nice view nice food and great front desk but the hotel don’t allow to store luggage need to pay for 40 euro per bag

酒店很新乾净位置不错前台也有礼貌早饭挺丰盛就是退房后寄存大件行李箱需要5欧一件入住前是可以免费寄存的

Great location, friendly staff. The room was clean, but on the small side, there was not much space to move around and no wardrobe. Would stay here again in a bigger, more spacious room.

Ho pernottato 7 notti e dietro richiesta mi hanno spostato la seconda notte da una stanza minuscola ad una stanza familiare quindi più spaziosa per una coppia, data la lunghezza del soggiorno. Alla reception gentilezza e disponibilità assoluta. I servizi non erano all'altezzal della fascia di prezzo. Il bagno piccolo, minimale e cieco con ventola temporizzata dalla struttura centrale, quindi il bagno non si poteva areare secondo necessità. Parlando del bagno mancava una mensola o qualsiasi altro piano di appoggio, o armadietto o cassetto per riporre gli oggetti di toilette. Il servizio di riordino della camera è stato scarsamente sufficiente: un giorno hanno dimenticato di portare l'asciugamano viso lasciando solo quello doccia. Un altro giorno mancava la carta igienica, un altro giorno ancora hanno dimenticato del tutto il riordino della stanza che ho trovato la sera come l'avevo lasciata al mattino. I bicchieri disponibili in camera non sono mai stati né lavati né sostituiti in 7 giorni e ho provveduto personalmente a lavarli ogni giorno. Io avevo la colazione inclusa e una sola volta ho chiesto di poter portare via un salato e una brioche alle 7 del mattino cioè mezz'ora prima dell'orario di inizio colazione. Il cibo era quasi esposto nella sala e mancavano alcune cose del buffet che erano nel retro e non ancora disposto nella sala. Non mi hanno concesso di portare con me nulla ed io, non potendo aspettare, sono uscita con un solo kiwi preso dal cesto della frutta. Alle mie rimostranze del giorno dopo hanno risposto con delle semplici scuse.

Great location, nice clean hotel. We didn't spend much time in the room, but it was good. I would stay again in Lisbon.
