We are sorry to hear that the location did not meet your expectations.In terms of housekeeping, it has been our experience that not every guest wants to have cleaning every day or specifically wants the service at certain times of the day. We therefor created a new system where guests can inform us when they want to have the service. To have full cleaning service this must then be done before 9 in the morning. However, if guests want full service every day, this is no issue at all and can already be arranged during check-in.
