I wish I could give 100 stars to this accomodation. It was perfect, spotless, brand new, fresh, just amazing. The bed is soft, I sleept like a baby. My room also had a big balcony. I arrived late in the night and the aunty was still waiting for me. Smooth communication on Whatsapp in case you need anything. Every day clean towels and new bottles of water. The area is quiet and close to the city and the Imperial Palace, couple of minutes by bike or car. I will definitely come back again, I love Hue, this time I stayed only 2 nights, next time I will stay longer.

Очень чистый и аккуратный гестхаус, видимо только после ремонта. Высокие потолки, белые стены, проектор. Тихое место! Очень дружелюбные и услужливые сотрудники. После того как съехал, оставлял вещи, когда забирал угощали напитками и тп. Очень приветливые!

We loved our stay at Niki Homestay - Lovely host. Despite the langage barrier, she made us feel like we were at home - room was super clean and modern - quiet & green neigbourhood with plenty of restaurants and grocery shops nearby and 5-10min car from city center - possibility to rent a scooter

A completely new house with high quality furniture and facilities. The location is quiet and from the balcony you can look at rice fields and children playing in the street. It's a 5 minute car and a 20-30 minute walk from downtown and the main tourist attractions. Anyway, just around the corner there is a great coffee shop and many good restaurants are in walking distance. Online assistance in English worked flawlessly and the lady taking care of the house is always present and ready to help. I would surely stay again in this nice little guesthouse. It could also work for longer stays since the balcony rooms have very large wardrobes and cupboards and enough space for comfortable online/from home work.
