Thank you Nikolas you are very helpful and you told us all the beautiful places we visited with our car. Your hotel location is the best in the central old harbour of the city, you can go everywhere by foot!!! Your roof garden is amazing with fantastic view!!!!

Nikolas rooms is very friendly and calm hotel , visit and enjoy your stay with a nice view of the old harbour of Chania. Just visited it you will never be disappointed!!! Staff friendly and helpful!!!!

TLDR; very good location, cute basic room and nice owner. not quiet in the evenings. great for a city stay. positives: very nice central location close to harbour & shops & restaurants & old town. we had a cute mini balcony overlooking a square in a very decent room with aircon. fairly modern bathroom with shower gel-shampoo and vanity packs. bed was okay to sleep in too, no issues. wifi worked very well. functional fridge and a mini safe. room had a large trash bin which is nice, i could actually fit things in there. good communication before and during our stay as i informed we are arriving around midnight, we were welcomed at 1am (late flight) and dealt with the paper work the next day. cleaning lady didn’t show up until 11:30-12 which was nice as we like to sleep late. the wardrobe has ironing board, extra blankets etc. we also really appreciated a wall socket on both sides of the bed! mornings are fairly quiet for late sleepers. aircon is strong. there is a nice rooftop terrace although on hot days theres only so long you can spend there. minuses: tv only has a few greek channels with greek programs, not that we came here for tv but interesting. the sound isolation was poor, we heard everything from outside the room & behind the wall like it was right there. to use the shower you need to turn on some buttons in the fuse box 20min earlier. the floor didnt seem too clean on arrival or after cleaning lady, the soles of my feet were immediately dirty (otherwise room was clean). the room includes complimentary slippers though! naturally in a location like this, theres live music & other signs of life heard late into the evening especially on weekends, but if you are not an early sleeper this should not be an issue. mornings are pretty quiet aside from sunday morning when the church next door starts a 2h mass at 8:30 and it sounds like they have massive speakers…. either way better pack ear plugs, they help a little!

We spent three nights here and we felt like royalty! I have never said "Wow!" so many times about a hotel experience. The hotel staff has thought of everything to make your stay an amazing experience. Every staff member will greet you with eye contact and a huge smile. Our room was very clean and had a beautiful view. The location was next to the lighthouse walking distance to numerous restaurants. The rooftop has a gorgeous view. The price is very reasonable for everything you get. I highly recommend this place for your next getaway!!!..

Very high level of hospitality,clean rooms,the best owner in Chania,every time he welcomes us with a warm smile!!!!In the center of old town of Chania,closely to the sea and open market,we want to visit this place every time on holidays!!!!

Το ξενοδοχε?ο βρ?σκεται σε ?να απ? τα πιο κεντρικ? σημε?α των Χαν?ων, ε?ναι στην πλατε?α τη? μητρ?πολη?. Τα δωμ?τια ε?ναι μεγ?λα και πολ? καθαρ?. Η επικοινων?α με το ξενοδοχε?ο ?ταν εξ' αρχ?? ?ψογη τ?σο για την κρ?τηση του δωματ?ου ?σο και για την πληρωμ?. Η περιοχ? που βρ?σκεται το ξενοδοχε?ο ε?ναι αρκετ? ησυχη. Με?ναμε αρκετ? ικανοποιημ?νοι απ? την διαμον? μου σε αυτ? το κατ?λυμα!!!!

Τελειο το κεντρικο ξενοδοχειο Nikolas Rooms στην παλια πολη !!! Η θεα απο την ταρατσα μοναδικη , το προσωπικο μα? ειπε τα καλυτερα για να επισκευθουμε με το αμαξι μα? !!! Τα παντα ειναι εδω .... επισκεψιμα με τα ποδια , το ξενοδοχειο ειναι στην πλατεια με μοναδικη θεα , οχι σε στενακια οπω? πολλα αλλα ξενοδοχεια στην περιοχη !!! Ο Νικολα? προθυμο? να βοηθησει οτι θελαμε !!!! ΘΑ ξαναρθουμε σιγουρα !!!......
