We can easily affirm there are not many hotels where we have been staying, which did provide us so much satisfaction as the No.14 Verbier. Here's why : - the chalet itself is lovely, full of charm. The decoration and the design is cosy and modern. It is feels simply like being at home. Needless to say it is spotlessly clean. Located a few hundred meters away from the center of Verbier, close enough to walk to there within minutes, and being away enough to be in a more quiet area. - We were staying in the Suite on the 1st floor. The big windows and balcony are showing the superbe view to the mountain. The room is big and charming. - Although being a small boutique hotel, its SPA area is one of the nicest we have seen (Sauna, Steam bath, Pool with water jets, ...). We enjoyed every moment of it. - Separated Cinema room and Billiard room are nice place to relax or to entertain. - Our stay included half-board. Breakfast is composed with everything you need, only with fresh and delicate products. Tea-time is served with nice pastries. The dinner is at the high gastronomy standard, many dishes would easily deserve to be present in a Michelin-starred restaurant. The wines and champagnes selection is perfect. - But what definitely contributes to make our experience unforgettable, is the staff. Everyone is so careful, so nice. They would do anything they can to please the customers, with big smiles and courtesy. A big thank you to the whole team, they all deserve huge congratulations. We can't recommend enough, and we will definitely be back as soon as we can.

Our family’s stay at No. 14 was absolutely unforgettable. My wife, two kids, and I felt like we had stepped into a serene paradise from the moment we arrived. The level of care and attention to detail here is nothing short of exceptional. Chef Linda’s food was a true highlight of our experience. Every dish she prepared was a masterpiece, blending flavors so beautifully that we found ourselves looking forward to every meal. She’s truly talented, and her creations elevated our stay to another level. The Hammam was stunning—a luxurious, peaceful escape that felt both rejuvenating and indulgent. My wife and I were blown away by how beautifully designed it was, and it offered the perfect opportunity to unwind and reset. What really sets The 14 apart is the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times, whether it was driving us around or anticipating our every need. Their warm, accommodating nature made us feel like valued guests at every turn. This was not just a getaway—it was an experience. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t recommend The 14 highly enough. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Not sure there are enough positive words in the dictionary to describe our experience at No14. We had the privilege of visiting with a large group of friends and family, and we will talk about our trip for the rest of our lives. The chalet is stunning, like something out of a Bond film, the food is absolutely gorgeous and the spa incredible but what we will talk about specifically are the staff. So kind, so attentive and so good natured - couldn’t do enough for us, and totally made the whole trip. What an amazing place No14 is!

J'ai séjourné avec ma femme à l'H?tel No 14 à Verbier, et c'était tout simplement exceptionnel ! La décoration, raffinée et pleine de charme, crée une ambiance chaleureuse. Le coin salon est très accueillant, parfait pour se détendre. Le spa 5 étoiles++++ est idéal pour se relaxer après une course de vélo (course des Stations) Le personnel est incroyablement attentif, et la cheffe s'est même adaptée à mes besoins alimentaires avant la course, proposant une cuisine délicieuse. Les chambres sont confortables, bien équipées et élégamment décorées. C'est une expérience à ne pas manquer ! Christophe et Nathalie Bovet

Je m’étais inscrit à une course de vélo, ??le Tour des Stations?? et pour être dans les meilleures conditions , nous avions réservé, ma femme et moi une nuit au No 14. Ce fut incroyable. Quel service, world class ! Tout le personnel a été tellement gentil et aux petits soins pour que nous ne manquions de rien. La chef m’a même préparé un plat spécial sportif. T?t le matin, le personnel était debout pour le petit déjeuner et après la course, nous avons encore pu profiter du jacuzzi extérieur et de la piscine intérieure. Expérience extraordinaire dans un lieu magique, à?recommander ?? Christophe

My family and I adore this gem of a boutique hotel. But it's not just the beautiful pool and sauna, or the cozy environment, or the creative chef, or the beds that you can sink into-- it's the staff that really makes this place a standout. When I had lost my credit card, Anna was most sympathetic and to retrace my steps drove me around Verbier (I hadn't skied that day, and really was all over the town) until we recovered it. Every store and cafe worker recognized Anna with a smile. As we're planning our next ski trip (alas, not Verbier this time), I wanted to give a shout out to this business.

The best experience ever! I was on a summer visit for the music festival but will surely come back for skiing. The hotel is exceptionally pleasant and welcoming, offering the perfect blend of exclusivity, style, and a homely atmosphere. The staff provide the best service I have ever received. The hotel offers an all-inclusive experience, and it is here that I truly understood the meaning of a luxury hotel, where I received more than I expected. While it may seem a bit expensive, it is definitely worth it, and you get more than what you pay for as all drinks are free and gourmet Breakfast & dinner are included. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly return.

Spent a week there with my teenage kids and a bunch of close friends. We took a mountain view room and one suite, both just wonderful. The week was an absolute experience, really one of the easiest and most relaxing ski holidays I ever had. We ate breakfasts and dinners at the chalet, which was so easy - the food was amazing, and the staff so nice and helful. The spa was incredible (this was very important for me, as I’m not a good skier and i love these features). There were drivers taking us and skis back and forth anytime we wanted, ski lessons organised for my boys, who went around the resort independently. They even got for us some technical ski googles or even a special shampoo I needed from the resort’s shops. And the house party, spontaneously coming together till 2am was a memory of its own.

Perfect Alpine experience! The rooms are nicely designed and comfortable. The place caters 360 care for the every little detail, from shuttles to sunscreen. Superb dining in a lovely dining room with a beautiful fireplace, absolute pleasure!
