Our only disappointment of our month in Cornwall, despite excellent reviews on this site. The room felt like a cave. Breakfast consisted of the same poor diner coffee, toast and eggs, or cheap cereal every morning for several days, and they would not cook porridge. It was very overpriced compared with other comparable places in Cornwall that we stayed. We felt that the owners were skimping on things to save money. Also, there was no daily room servicing contrary to what was shown on the website.

Lovely renovated house with comfortable, nicely furnished rooms. Within walking distance of the station and St Ives town centre. Great selection for breakfast, hot or cold. Sue and Mike have done a great job here and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and their B&B. I felt very welcome.

Das Haus liegt steil über dem Ort. Der Zugang zum Ort erfolgt über Treppen oder steile Strassen. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Dehr wenig Stauraum. Kein Schrank um Kleider auszupacken. Frühstücksraum eher karg. Aussicht toll. Nette Vermieter

This is our 3rd time staying in this amazing friendly B and B Sue and Mike the owners are excellent very helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The rooms are very spacious and clean and tidy and fresh, the you get a great selection for breakfast couldn't ask for more really. The lady that helps the owners in the mornings and cleans the room is very friendly and helpful always got a smile on her face and polite. I would definitely recommend anyone if your looking for a B and B this is the one. ??

We stayed August 2025 in room 2 which was very spacious with sea views. Came with a parking space. Lovely comfortable bed, nice sized bathroom. Also another room with twin beds which we didn’t need but handy for storage or for 2 children. Tea/coffee/toiletries provided and replenished when requested. Bath towels etc…shared lounge and dining area. Very clean and decorated tastefully. Five minute walk from beautiful beaches and town. Lots of restaurants etc … loved St ives. Sue and Mike were absolutely lovely. Very welcoming and helpful. lovely breakfast cooked by Mike everyday. We both really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to anyone going to St ives and if we come again we will definitely stay here.

Sue and Mike were great so friendly and so informative. They catered to my dietary requirements which I was very impressed about . Rooms were so clean and the place had so much attention to detail . Both my self and husband will definitely be back to stay there in the near future. Nothing was too much trouble . Thank you so much Sue and Mike for a lovely stay at your B&B . ????????

Die Gastgeber des B&B sind ein sympathisches, freundliches und mit guten Informationen unterstützendes Ehepaar. Das Frühstück ist mit frischem Obstsalat, Saft, Cereals und einer guten Auswahl an bestellbaren Frühstück Extras sehr gut. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Gr??e und sind mit den ausgew?hlten Farben/Tapeten sch?ne R?ume. Das B&B bietet einen Aufenthaltsraum für G?ste. Der Gang in das Zentrum von St Ives ist vom B&B aus nicht weit.

We have just returned from 12 nights in this lovely friendly b and b our 3rd visit The rooms are lovely spotlessly clean thanks Amanda! And has everything you could need! We stayed in room 2 which is really spacious with a lovely bathroom.with bath and shower and everything you could need is supplied. Sue and Mike are lovely friendly owners and create a really welcoming atmosphere.its in a very handy location for town and beaches. We have already booked for next year and can't wait to go again .pat and Paul Heath notts

The accommodation is of a high standard and is well maintained. Sue and Mike are excellent hosts. They gave us lots of tips on places to go and things to do. The breakfast cooked by Mike and served by Sue is superb. The lady who helps out with breakfast and cleaning is very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.

Absolutely brilliant B&B. We really loved it. The hosts Sue and Mike were so good. Lovely room, clean and tidy. Wonderful breakfast choices. We can’t thank them enough for a great time away.
