It is a registered building and at the moment some repairs are being done. All in all nice but it can be quite cold and the showers are either burning hot or freezing cold. There is no proper adjustment possible

This is a quaint place set in a lovely old building, when I was there I believe I was the only person which was a plus but… the room was very cold as the heater turned on but only for 30 minutes at a time. The sheets had an off putting old type smell but I do believe they were clean. Overall a nicely themed place.

どの部屋も可愛い絵があり、共同部屋には本があり、のんびり読書してる人もいた。私は繁栄期ではなかったからか、5人部屋を1人で使っていた。シャワーも熱かったから、溫まった。

I got upgraded to another room so I was thankful for that !
The room smelled a bit (moldish) even though the guests already there had opened the window but by night, it got better.
Otherwise, the room was big and had a heater which was really convenient.
I was happy to see a sink in the room but it wasn't usable unfortunately. I thought it would have been nice!
The kitchen is well equipped, there are books available in the dining room!
Emplacement is very good, close to the train station and a few activities.
