部屋のそこかしこにほこりが目立った。ヒーターが弱く、ずっと寒かった。挂け布団が一枚だけで寒かった。
キッチンはコンロが広かったが、包丁は全然切れなくて、电子レンジも壊れていた。
场所は悪くないのに、全体的に残念だった。

We booked a very well presented property with plenty of room. However, when we retuned around 8pm we discovered that the heating was not working. We had to call the accommodation provider who told us to move to the next room (which was smaller and not so nice).
Weirdly on arrival the Noa Residence guy had come into our room uninvited to "check the heater was working". He then commented “only here for one night” and left. So it very much looks like they knew the heating was not working and, didn’t do anything about it, leaving us in an unheated room until we complained. So that tells you how little they value their guests.

While some of the reviews of Noa Residence point out the need for updated amenities, they don't adequately praise the staff who run the site and are happy to provide adjustments as needed! I stayed here for several weeks, and the staff were bending over backwards to make me comfortable. The manager came to my room personally when I moved in, the maintenance staff replaced the TV at my request, and the cleaning staff (specifically Jean) went above and beyond. While I didn't ask the staff to do this, one day I left dirty dishes in the sink and came home to find them washed and put on the drying rack ready to use! The service was really exceptional, and I would be happy to stay here again.

not clean and bathroom supplies not complete, The faucet handles in the kitchen and bathroom are both faulty, and the bathroom drain lacks grating. not clear check in instructions, and not set a room temperature advanced, really cold. When the room temperature is perfect, that is morning……

Very small studio apartment but it was reasonably clean. Limited parking and no lift to the upper floor! Thankfully we had a ground floor apartment. The bed was very uncomfortable and needs replacing

it was a nice stay, but the garden let it down abit and the unit was a little tired and could have done with a refresh of furniture

Booked a one bedroom semi-basement apartment. Given a top floor studio! Messaged management multiple times to assist, but messages ignored. Had an issue with the shower as it wasn't draining, messaged management again, letting them know, and that I was trying to avoid flooding property. Someone came within 30 minutes to fix the drain. There was no mention of inferior room. Still no response 25 hrs later and after check out. The studio apartment was just ok, but as not what I was expecting, I was not happy. Location good Number 6 bus at door direct into central Oxford.

Had a lovely week's stay at Noa. We were in apartment 5 which had absolutely everything we needed. The apartment was quite cold on entry but did warn up. Extra blanket came in useful. Great location for bus trips into Oxford with bus stop just outside house. Cleaners were amazing and seemed to be happy cleaning everyday if required (which we didn't). They also restocked supplies ie toilet paper and towels etc. Couldn't be faulted. Extremely well stocked with useful appliances and we wanted for nothing. If need arises we would definitely book apartment 5 again. Owner's communication was also second to none. All in all a great find. Many thanks
