This is by far the nicest place we have stayed in Palermo.
Great area (2 mins from Teatro Massimo), great places to eat locally and easy to walk to the rest of the city. Hot showers, comfortable beds, quiet side street so there is minimal noise (we stayed for New Year and there was a huge concert 5 mins walk away and we cold not hear it!).
Bus stop for airport shuttle bus is 10 min walk away (goes every 30 mins).
Hosts were brilliant and even suggested places to eat and visit. Very clean property - and it felt very safe. We had the double rooms as they apartment was booked but next time we will book the apartment as its great for a family.
We will be back - thank you both Eleonora and Anna for all your assistance.

Excellent location surrounded by many great restaurants , the breakfast was amazing at the café on the same street. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, the service and communication with the staff was excellent. Highly recommended.

Room was lovely and clean, the night lights couldn’t be turned off so it was hard to sleep

Had deluxe apartment and was very clean and spacious. Also had kitchenette. Would stay again.

Everything about our stay at Nora’s Suites in Palermo, Sicily has been terrific - from the warm welcome with a waiting piccolo bottle of champagne to the very clean and comfortable apartment and the friendly service from Anna the housekeeper. It’s very safe and in a fantastic location, minutes from Teatro Massimo. Thanks, Eleonora, for a lovely stay in your delightful suites.

My fiancé and I recently returned from our trip to Palermo and Nora’s Suites was overall nothing short of fantastic! The location was situated on a side street in the heart of the city and was within walking distance to all major streets and markets. The property was clean, updated, quiet and spacious. If you rent a car, as we did, there are two main parking locations nearby. One right next to the unit, and one about a 10 min walk (Parking Orlando). We chose the later as it was the cheaper of the two options (about 13 euro a day) and never had any issues walking from and to the garage. The host, Eleonora, was also amazing, and the most communicative host I’ve ever experienced. VERY quick to respond to any questions (usually within minutes), and provided a number of suggestions and recommendations for the city and surrounding area. Daily cleaning of the unit was offered, and the cleaner Anna, was very friendly. This property exceeded our expectations and certainly made our trip to Palermo more enjoyable.

Overall really nice.
In the kitchen there are some missing tools, such as a cheese grinder and a pot to cook pasta big enough for four people. There were still some good tools ??
The shower does not have a door, hence it's connected to the rest of the room, which may be uncomfortable for some people (the toilet is, however, separated with a door).
