We had a wonderful stay at Northgate. The hotel is super stylish and the shared restaurant and lounge spaces are great for a cosy drink after a long day hiking whilst enjoying the incredible views. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the bus stop, shops and restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the lovely receptionist lent me her phone charger after I left mine in Tbilisi and was so helpful when my friend fell ill, the staff really do make you feel like family. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Xx

It was last minute desicion to stay at this hotel at it was totally worth it. We have very difficult journey from Vladikavkaz to Georgia, and came to Stepantsminda very late - at four am. But hotel owners came to greet us. They helped us, gave as wonderful room and in the morning made the tastiest breakfast. The hotel is stylish and comfortable. The furniture is new. The view is fantastic. But the best part is hotel owners. They will make your stay here warm and comfortable. The cooking is great and the relaxing atmosphere will soothe your soul. Totally recommend for those who are tired and want to relax and feel peace in mind.

Good facilities. Comfortable shared area with a beautiful view. Delicious breakfast. Nice staff. Relatively close to the center and the main road with public or tour transportation. The place was really calm and good for a rest.

We stayed at this hotel with friends in June. The hotel is cozy, modern and new. There is a lounge with amazing view. The hotel located slightly far from main street in quite place. The breakfast is delicious made like by Grandma. The owners are very friendly I would stay at this hotel next time

Northgate Hotel Kazbegi was our last-minute deal but it was the hotel we loved the most in our Georgia trip. When reaching Kazbegi after a long drive from Tbilisi, the cottage we already booked before had canceled our booking then we had to find another one. I did not hesitate to immediately book rooms at Northgate as soon as seeing the photo of the hotel overlooking the snowy mountains and Gergeti Trinity Church. And we were not disappointed when staying here. Northgate welcomed us with the warm smile of a beautiful and agile receptionist. We were so happy to be aranged two clean comfortable and warm rooms. Everything seemed perfect to us. The living room on the 2nd floor had an open and vintage space, the dining room on the 1st floor was so warm with impeccably delicious dishes. The friendly hotel staff and chef made us feel at home. Many thanks to Northgate for leaving us a deep impression of the a beautiful and friendly Kazbegi.

Lage: Etwas abseits der Hauptstra?e, etwa 5 Min. zu Fu? zum Stadtzentrum (mit Supermarkt) - ruhig gelegen. Parkpl?tze vor dem Haus vorhanden. Welcome: Wir waren mit 12 Uhr viel zu früh dort, aber dennoch erhielten wir umgehend ein Zimmer. Und alles in gutem Englisch – nicht selbstverst?ndlich in Georgien. Sehr, sehr freundlicher Umgang. Zimmer: Etwas einfach eingerichtet, aber die M?bel waren keinesfalls abgewohnt. Zudem hatten wir einen kleinen Balkon. Frühstück: Es war grunds?tzlich alles vorhanden, dennoch fanden wir etwas sehr einfach. Vermutlich waren eher lokale Dinge dort… Sonstiges: Ganz gro?e Klasse ist das Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den über 5.000 Meter hohen Katzbegi. Gemütliche Sessel, aus denen wir uns den Sonnenuntergang ansahen – herrlich. Fazit: Das Hotel ist etwas einfach, aber es entsprach vollumf?nglich dem, wofür wir bezahlt hatten. Wir hier das Hilton erwartet, wird allerdings entt?uscht.

I've spent there 3 days with my family and I recommend to spend your vacation in Northgate Hotel Kazbegi because it is one of the best hotels in GEORGIA! Great staff, Clean rooms/bathrooms, always fresh equipment and very delicious breakfast.
