三人住的家庭房，房间相比较其它酒店稍微大一些，有冰箱和微波炉，地理位置比较不错，到达班夫小镇开车20分钟，很方便！ 国庆期间，提前半个多月定的房间，没过几天价格翻倍，幸亏早定了！第一天前台小哥非常热情，我们夜里11点多到的，小哥热情打招呼，还帮忙把行李搬到楼上房间，非常感谢！连住两晚后，相隔一天又住了一晚，很遗憾在没碰见，其他前台工作人员没任何交流…

酒店里只有一位客服负责办理入住手续，他会给你一个卡片，上面写着房间号和密码。输入密码就可以进屋了，屋里很乾净，有胶囊咖啡机，有洗浴用品、吹风机，但没有拖鞋、牙膏牙刷。床铺睡着很舒适。

We booked one night for our stay in Banff. The location was very convenient, just a few minutes’ drive from Banff town. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the Rocky Mountains, and we truly enjoyed the stunning morning view as the sunlight sparkled over the ranges. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the lack of an elevator made it less convenient to bring our luggage upstairs. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Booked, 6 rooms and requested first floor for no elevator. I came first and my other group came later. Per staff, all rooms filled. So i thought my group will all be in second floor. Only to find out i was the only one. :(

Hotel was fine close to where we were going. Hot water would have been good if made available because we have a baby travelling with us.
