很棒的饭店离机场很近但不在市区不过搭公车很快就到市区旁边有很大间的百货公司可以逛早餐很不错房间很大很乾净很喜欢的饭店

位置停车方便，早饭也不错，屋子很安静，wifi稳定也很快，酒店内有酒吧餐厅，旁白有个大shopping mall，购物方便，去市中心打车也不贵

Novotel Sofia 位置方便，邻近机场，旁边有shopping Mall，有食肆，有超级市场，只需几分钟就到，超方便！

那个每天也不打扫，打扫也不换浴巾，实在是有点不行

设施现代，服务优良，就是不提供瓶装水，得自己拿着空瓶子去走廊里麪的饮水机去打水

住了两晚酒店很乾净应该是个新酒店设施也新颖附近挨着超市很方便前台服务态度好最后一天延迟两小时退房很感谢希望以后有机会还来

I recently stayed at the Sofia Novotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a busy day. The beds were perfect—not too firm and not too soft, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is fantastic, situated just across the street from a shopping mall, which made it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The only downside was the gym, which is quite small and lacks heavy free weights and a pull-up bar. While it’s fine for a basic workout, those looking for a more comprehensive fitness setup might be disappointed. All in all, Sofia Novotel is a great choice for its location, comfort, and service, but fitness enthusiasts might find the gym facilities limited. I would definitely stay here again!
