Los apartamentos están perfectos. Limpios, amplios, cómodos, con un ba?o ideal… El único problema es que creemos que la gente fuma allí y los pasillos olían mucho a tabaco. El desayuno en el Arima es un espectáculo: todo casero y el trato es ideal.

Greatb place but room a bit small for the price. Location - OK as there are buses. Too far to walk. Value for money - 7/10

Numad studios is actually more for long term stays or students, it did not feel like a hotel, which some may like.
Staying as a short term guest (3 nights) I anticipated to be treated more like a hotel guest i.e. a bottle of water in the room, more than one towel, an actual hook to hang the towel on.
Unfortunately what I didnt expect was scaffolding around the room, with men working on at my window level, banging. I provided feedback to a survey sent the first time impacted by the works, the next day we were woken at 8am by more works. This was check out day
I informed reception on leaving who said she would prefer us to tell her sooner to ensure our stay was to our satisfaction.
Whilst a nice thought, the first time was after a long hike (when feedback was provided immediately electronically) the second the morning of leaving. I doubt at that time there was much she could do. However it strikes me they should be aware of where works are going on, especially if worksmen will be on site in the vicinity of room windows.
Whilst it is very accessible to the city, this is really and out of town area of hospitals and technology offices/places of study.
The room was very clean, transport useful, but it lacked any atmosphere. I would stay here if you are in the area for work or study, otherwise a hotel nearer the city is best.
Additionally, the room we booked was not available we were provided, instead of a large studio, with essentially two adjoining rooms, which was a suitable alternative but a shame, particularly as those rooms were where the scaffolding was.

Very clean and cozy, the staff is kind and helpful. The bus to the center is right next to the hotel, runs every ~10min, and takes about 25min. You can get a 6 or 12 -trip card from the reception, which is cheaper than individual tickets.

Studio zijn prima bereikbaar met de bus. Verder zit er niks rondom hotel. Kleine benauwende studio met keukentje omdat er verder niks zit lijkt me een flesje water, zakje koffie en thee niet te veel gevraagd. Dat kost niks.

Parking was free of charge, close to city.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, location next to bus stop with frequent service to downtown, spa/pool are chargeable, free and safe parking. Can recommend for stay.

The staff went out of their way to assist in directions, recommendations, and when we lost key to replace after we were out late!!
The breakfast was lovely!
To offer coffee would be super but we bought our own.

In directe omgeving geen voorzieningen om even drankje te doen ( biertje/ wijntje) na dag auto rijden.

We had an early flight and landed at 6 AM, so we kindly requested an early check-in around 3 PM—what is actually the standard check-in time at 90% of hotels worldwide.
When we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM, we were told that not only was the room ready, but we had also been given an upgrade. Great news, we thought. However, shortly after, the receptionist seemed to hear something from a senior colleague, and suddenly the story changed—the room was no longer ready, and check-in was now delayed until 4 PM.
We decided to wait in the lobby, but noticed that other guests were checking in without issue. This prompted us to ask again about the status of our room. To our surprise, we were then told that the room had actually been ready for a while. When my girlfriend inquired again about the upgrade we were told about earlier, the new receptionist became visibly uncomfortable and suspicious, as if we were trying to cheat our way into an upgrade—which is ridiculous, considering it was their colleague who first mentioned it. That same colleague, when asked again, conveniently did not confirm anything.
The whole experience felt disorganized and frankly unprofessional. The front desk staff lacked communication and transparency, and the way we were treated left a very poor impression. Definitely not the level of service one would expect.
