Hello, thank you for your feedback. Quite puzzled as to what item is broken in our building, we check the rooms regularly for this type of issue. Also all of the room are cleaned very frequently so you can be reassured that the bathroom was clean also. If you have any concerns please bring this to Our attention when your in occupancy
Unfortunately we experienced a number of issues within guest. Setting up deck chairs directly outside our front door blocking the entrance for every one, repeatedly and deliberately blocking the fire doors and jamming the front door open. Whilst I admire your efficiency in bring your own deck chairs, placing them directly out side our entrance is not helpful to all of our other occupants. The rules you object to are those that are required every where, we are regulated by fire and security and I wish I had not had to ask you to move 3 times to any of the 4 local parks that are with in 100m of our property. A) That front door is a fire exit, you should not cause obstructions to it. B) leaving the front door unlocked and letting any one just walk in and out (abettedly they had to struggle to walk around your deck chairs) is a security risk. C) jamming your room door open with our towels is also unhelpful. I don’t think I’ve experienced more deliberately self involved people in residence and your final act in departing of leaving the front door wide open just shows a complete lack of regard for every one else
Hello, none of our rooms are self catering, as such we do not provide plates or toaster etc. There are cupboard and shelves in all of the rooms for your clothes. Many thanks for your business
