the room i had was ground floor garden view, the gardens were nice sitting on patio having a beer was relax full, the room itself was bigger than usual had a tv but channels were very limited we actually never watched it after first time. bathroom was also big bath and shower few personal items ,storage for clothes was fine just shelves little hanging space, room was clean ,now it does need a bit of tlc, shower screen needs a good cleaning house keeping can take up to 5 o'clock to clean room sometimes forgot clean towels stairs to upstairs apartment are wooden can hear people coming and going, overall it passes for 3 star hotel room, just make sure if you don't like stairs ask for ground floor, the room they first gave us was on third floor no lift, they change us next day after we told them

Останавливались на Маврикии в трёх разных отелях, поэтому сравнивать есть с чем. Ocean Villas оставил смешанные впечатления: сильное расположение, но слабая материальная база. Один из главных плюсов — расположение. Отель удобно расположен рядом с ключевыми туристическими точками и лучшими пляжами Маврикия. До столицы Порт-Луи и вертолётной базы можно добраться быстро и без лишней логистики. По транспортной доступности — уверенные 10 из 10. Отель расположен в тихой бухте. Имеет собственный небольшой пляж, но ухоженный, со стильными кроватями и лежаками — свободные места были всегда. После насыщенных дней мы регулярно возвращались на берег и спокойно отдыхали — атмосфера действительно располагает. Нам попался номер на втором этаже — просторный, с большой ванной, но ощутимо уставший. Отель нуждается в реновации: мебель, отделка и общий вид уже не тянут на комфортный уровень. Ключевой минус данного отеля - чистота и дезинфекция. На ужине на шведском столе заметили разгуливавших рядом с блюдами тараканов. В номере за последние две ночи так же было обнаружено два огромных таракана длиной около 5 см, из-за которых заснуть было проблемой (одного из этих усатых представителей можно увидеть на фото). В других двух отелях на Маврикии таких ситуаций не было, что однозначно указывает на пробелы в дезинфекции и санитарном контроле. Этот момент серьёзно омрачил проживание. В целом, сам отель простенький, но видно, что персонал очень старается. По вечерам играет живая музыка. На ужине выбор блюд невелик, но меню не повторяется — каждый день готовят что-то новое. В итоге голодными не уходили.
Ocean Villas выигрывает за счёт локации, пляжа и стараний команды, но теряет позиции из-за состояния номеров и критичных вопросов к чистоте. Потенциал есть, но без реновации и усиленной дезинфекции рекомендовать отель можем только тем, кто ставит в приоритет бюджет и размещение, а не комфорт.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Ocean Villa, une mention particulière à l'accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de Aylin, un rayon de soleil, toujours souriante et prête à nous rendre service. Le logement est impeccable et calme. Nous recommandons sans hésitation Ocean Villa à Praslin.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the hotel. It's important to understand that this is a three-star property, and it truly lives up to that rating. Don't expect anything more than what is offered here. I would say this hotel is more of a club-style accommodation, making it especially suitable for the Mauritian summer, as the weather here can be quite windy and even a bit cool at times.
The service is excellent, with very attentive and responsive staff. The breakfast and dinner buffets are diverse and delicious, featuring a wide selection of dishes tailored to European tourists. The hotel is not new, and some renovation work is ongoing in certain areas.
The beach is small but well-equipped and atmospheric. Upon entering the sea, there are some stones at first, but then you can swim comfortably. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much; however, I would appreciate better cleaning in the rooms and some renovations to update the rooms' interiors.

Très bonne adresse sur Praslin, pas loin de 3 take-away très bons. Accueil chaleureux. Studio Angeline très bien équipé avec une belle salle de bain. Jolie petite piscine mais surtout accès direct à une belle plage directement depuis le jardin.

В итоге,отель мне понравился.хороший,маленький отель со своим пляжем.есть прекрасный ресторан(платный).отель предоставляет водные поездки (бесплатно).очень дружелюбный персонал.понравился балийский массаж(не дорого).бюджетно и по семейному.

Ocean villas hotel is an amazing property,even though the property could do with a fresh coat of paint and a bit of fixing,the warm hospitality makes up for it.Extremely pleasant staff esp Tanuja and Emily at reception,and all others who made our 3 night stay pleasant.While booking it’s advisable to book Half Board since there is a very good restaurant at the hotel which serves a decent menu and also has live music.The spa is a must try and pls book in advance.Overall extremely happy with the stay !!!

Wir sind positiv überrascht das die Familien Villa r?umlich viel Platz hatte , und 2 kleine ?Balkone .
In der Anlage direkt am Strand gibt es ein sch?nes Restaurant im Boho Stil eingerichtet und das Personal ist überall sehr freundlich .?
Wir hatten Fam. Villa 201 , die sch?n eingerichtet war .2Schlafzimmer , kl. Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche war gut .?
Wir haben hier gemütlich und sicher gewohnt ohne L?rmbel?stigungen .
Wichtig ! ?Den Schlüssel zur Villa musste man an der Rezeption abgeben, damit die Wohnung gereinigt und die Betten gemacht werden konnten . Es gibt keinen Zweitschlüssel ?!
