Just...GREAT
Beautiful location, great service, excellent rooms and delicious food. I wish i had more than one night here. The bed was comfortable, room was big, shower was warm.

This was a pleasant stay. We had a balcony looking over Sarande! The room was clean, yet is was a little loud in the mornings. Service was great! One day I felt really bad, the hotel made sure I felt comfortable and gave me extra blankets and offered help on finding a doctor. The breakfast wasn’t for us, as we are vegan. We knew this while booking that there won’t be many options. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and think the value for price was given!

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool und die ?ffentlichen Bereiche sind etwas ungepflegt. Die Tische im Restaurant kleben. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings auch ziemlich eng. Die Lage ist gut auf Jersey.

Staff friendly and breakfast was great but the hotel is in desperate need of renovation, the floor in my room was worn and the shower fixing were coming out of the wall

Total relaxation in every way
We have loved our stay at The Wave. I have never stayed anywhere that has paid so much attention to the small details that make a holiday easier than this place. Things like the safe and the air-con being included and the provision of toiletries and washing up liquid in the kitchen.
The bed is very comfortable with a memory foam mattress and there is always hot water for showering.
It was lovely to wake up at our own pace and be assured that all of the sunbeds were available to choose from. There are plenty and absolutely no need to ever save beds. This is something that causes me stress unnecessarily on holiday so a real bonus.
The staff are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The location is at the quiet end of the resort but with a lovely beachside walk - and the sunset is to die for.

Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Chambre spacieuse, propre et calme. Piscine bien entretenue et ambiance conviviale. Seul bémol : le matelas était un peu trop mou.

Hotel below standard
The staff were friendly, my room was on the front of the hotel next to a road which was very noisy from about 6am in the morning, I was woken up 2 mornings at 6am by the refuse men doing there collection. The next morning I was woken up by council workers cleaning up debris from the road. The hotel in general looked tired & in need of refurbishment. The pool was out of use on a few occasions due to pump issues.
