It’s sad how you people set out to disparage people’s business. We were expecting this since you harass us with calls and lies from meetings date changed to your daughter getting in an accident trying to get out of your Non refundable bookingFirst, you rented an Airbnb not a hotel room. We do not offer daily cleaning services. We provided you with a clean studio apartment and extra sheet, towels and pillow cases, cleaning products and washer and dryer on the premises as well as two laundromats mere houses away you could have used. Our guests receive complimentary toiletries, a stacked coffee bar, water, free wifi, hot and cold water, generator and other amenities. You asked for and received new towels with the tags on. The cohost entered the apartment to check the bathroom since the water in your apartment was left running and the tank water was low and discovered you put the new towels on the floor in the bathroom after you used it and stained it with your hair dye. You were informed that according to our posted rules you will be charged for the stained towels, to which your family member said she will try to get out the hair dye stains since you didn’t have much finances to pay for it. You broke the toilet seat off, we didn’t notice until the cleaning staff came in to clean, after you left which we will report to *******. Our apartment are exactly as we advertised as will be revealed in the numerous pictures your niece was taking in and out of the apartment. We are staying in the same building, we spoke to and saw you daily and not once did you indicate you have an issue. It’s devious and wicket that you will make up lies about our establishment and try to disparage our reputation. Thankfully I personally took a video of the apartment the day of your arrival that I will release on the platform
