Great stay. Good sized room with everything I could need. clean and warm. Rooms located in building alongside pub so no noise or disturbance.
Ate in the pub and found the food to be excellent quality and a very fair price. Very tasty

The room was clean and large. There was a desk to work at and a sofa to relax on whilst watching TV. The room was serviced regularly and there was an abundance of tea and coffee.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I only managed breakfast once during my stay due to the time I started work. The breakfast was very good. I opted for the cooked breakfast but there was also cereal. There was a large variety of cooked options.
On the days I didn’t have breakfast, I was given a packed lunch in lieu of not having the breakfast.
I will definitely stay again when I’m working in the area.

Had a lovely few days at old oak tree, everyone was so welcoming and the food and accommodation was excellent...would definitely recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

Food good, staff efficient & friendly, room clean and well stocked with shower gel, tea bags,coffee& biscuits.lovely walk from pub along the beck into Thirsk.

We had a lovely one night stay and enjoyed our time there. The staff and host were all very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Dinner and breakfast were great and would highly recommend staying and dining. The room was extremely comfortable and warm and had been freshly renovated. We could have easily stayed here longer.
