Etablissement idéalement situé proche de Cavill avenue et à deux pas de la plage. Appartement magnifique avec une superbe vue de toute part sur la mer. équipement moderne et bien fournie. C’est notre deuxième séjour en famille. Et nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute.

The view is outstanding. Not only a beach view but also an uninterrupted view down the beach. I stayed in a one bedroom (#16). All of the one bedroom apartments have a good sized living room and large bedroom, #16 is open plan with the rooms separated by a folding door if needed. So it's one huge room. The bed is very comfortable. The furnishing and ambiance was lovely. It has a full kitchen. This is the nicest place I've stayed in in Surfers.

The views were absolutely incredible , honestly the best I’ve ever seen! It’s right on the beach, so close you can practically reach out and touch the sand. We stayed for the New Year’s Eve fireworks, and wow… what an experience! We had the prime location couldn’t believe how close we were. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved walking to the Paradise Centre almost every day , it’s literally just a 2-minute walk! There’s so much to do in the area, and everything is so convenient. We’ll definitely be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in December. Our apartment was a great size for the 3 of us with everything we needed. The building was immaculate and it was great having a pool for my son to swim in, even though the beach was right there. Laura on the front desk was so lovely, full of local knowledge and directed us to some great dining spots. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing stay, absolute beach front! We loved hearing the sound of the waves all night. The place is absolutely spotless, so beautifully maintained. The appartement was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Extremely well located, on the beach, a short stroll away from the main street, but quiet enough. The staff was very lovely and helpful, they made sure we had the best experience. We extended our stay, and we will come back!

We had an excellent time, Accomodation was pleasant with the location being awesome. It was right on the beach (No crossing roads), the pool and bbq area also overlooked the beach. From our balcony we could see the beach, pool and up the street towards Cavill Avenue so it was easy to keep an eye on the kids. The location was also only a short walk to the centre of Surfers paradise, but far enough away to not be affected by noisy people or venues. Trams and bike hire were close so you could cope without a car. The complex was noteably quiet with no noisy parties or rowdy people, we look forward to staying at One The Esplanade again.

I loved that I could see the beach from my room. It felt very safe and the room was nice. It was great having a washing machine too. I would stay again.

Have stayed here over 7 times. Could always pick our apartment. We like the city side. Just called to book and told you get put where they put you. I asked why. Well if you have booked then the owner decides they want it, or we decide on the day to do work on the unit. Seriously you can’t organise your bookings to accommodate your guests like in the past. Oh well time to try other places.
