What a beautiful place, me and my partner had a child free evening in Beverley and our stay here was perfect! The property was so cosy inside we did not even venture out into the cold and had a lovely evening. The hosts were very accommodating too and answered any questions we had! I would recommend this little gem to everyone

My son, wife and I stayed in the two apartments (first and second floor) of 89A Spencer Street on the evening of Saturday, 20 April 2025. Our experience from start to finish has been excellent. Jenny was lovely to deal with and her communications were clear, prompt, interactive and pragmatic. There is on-site car parking (for three cars shared between the four OurHaus apartments) by arrangement. Town centre parking in Beverley is in short supply so a great help. The palm activated access system was straightforward. The apartments felt spacious for our needs - each had a good sized lounge with kitchen area and breakfast bar, bedroom (with extensive cupboard space) and bathroom; and the first floor apartment has an external seating area. We didn’t eat in the apartments but they appeared to be reasonably well equipped with crockery, glassware and cooking equipment. OurHaus is centrally located yet is very quiet. We all had a very good night’s sleep. In part this surprised us because we’re used to sleeping in king-sized beds whereas the beds are standard double-sized. Finally, the apartments have very efficient heating systems - very important when the winds are blowing off the North Sea!

Fantastic place to stay. Stayed with a group of work colleagues for my early retirement. Really convenient for the centre of Beverley. Great keypad system. Was nice to have a whole apartment rather than just a hotel room. Rained so the umbrella at the property was useful. Lovely towels, shampoo,shower gel, tea coffee everything you would want. Jenny was really lively and we are planning to stay again

I booked Ourhaus in Beverley for an overnight stay as we were going to the races on 16th May. Jenny the host sent details of where the propert y was & how to get in & was very helpful. The apartment was amazing & very tastefully furnished with everything you would need. The bed was really comfy & we had a lovely evening relaxing with wine & a curry. I would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.
