Customer service doesn’t exist in this place. Poor service. Also my room was entered even with me placing the do not disturb sign. My gut instinct told me to carry my valuables with me instead of leaving it In the hotel. Only some little cash was missing from my room. Honest review take this how you want
The staff are courteous and polite. Internet was a bit of a problem

Directions: it is not easy to locate especially for a non-Ibadan resident. Contact: There is no functional phone number to call even on the website. Food: Nice and tasty although the breakfast buffet options is very limited. Lighting: The lighting for the premises is poor especially at night. The hotel has the potential to be better than it currently is. It needs an overall maintenance in all the departments.
