I found a great deal for OZ Hotel Collection through the TripAdvisor app, and I’m so glad I did! After my flight was delayed for 24 hours and another hotel refused to accommodate me, OZ truly came to the rescue. From the moment I arrived, the staff showed genuine empathy and hospitality. They welcomed me with a refreshing cold drink, which was such a thoughtful gesture after a long travel day. The hotel itself is brand new, modern, and impeccably clean — my room smelled amazing and was beautifully decorated. Their breakfast was A1 — they have everything, even yogurt! It really exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Alberto, who went above and beyond to help me with my luggage and ensure I had a pleasant stay. His professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, I can’t recommend OZ Hotel Collection enough. I’ll definitely be returning!

Nos hospedamos en el Hotel OZ Collection y realmente fue una experiencia excelente. El lugar es muy sobrio, con un ambiente tranquilo y agradable. Todo el personal fue muy atento y amable en todo momento. El buffet y la alimentación son muy buenos, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias, y el rooftop con su zona de piscina es un gran plus para disfrutar de la ciudad. Sin duda, volveríamos pronto. Very nice and new hotel in Bocagrande. Good breakfast, nice pool and gym. Rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly.

Las habitaciones están muy bien, el personal en el lobby es muy amable, no así en el bar del roof top. La piscina es bastante peque?a. El hotel es muy nuevo, tiene apenas un par de meses, las instalaciones están nuevas, no tiene problemas de mantenimiento hasta ahora.

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa desde que llegamos, la atención, nos entregaron la habitación personalmente, la cual era hermosa y muy bien equipada, las instalaciones del hotel ????, muy buen gym, la comida muy rica, el desayuno buffet iba variando cada día y sin duda un hotel al cual quedas con ganas de volver
