B&B molto carino e ben curato, in posizione strepitosa per visitare Venezia. Il Signor Max, gentile e non invadente, ci ha dato ottimi consigli per la nostra permanenza in città. Molto simpatica anche la sua collaboratrice. La zona è piena di locali frequentati anche da gente del posto e l’atmosfera è frizzante. La nostra camera (tripla al primo piano) era molto spaziosa, i letti comodi. Pulizia impeccabile. Promossa anche la colazione che, in primavera inoltrata ed estate, viene servita nel piccolo delizioso giardino privato. Consigliatissimo!

All on big plus- location, beautiful and large rooms ( king size bed ). Room everyday is being cleaned. Is really clean, rooms have small fridge, safe and is a modern. Breakfast is fantastic ( coffee super ). Friendly owners - what give you a map and explain where you should go. We stay 4 night and if we come back to Venice we are sure that we come back.

This place doesn’t look like much from the outside but is very pleasantly surprising. It is a cute little b and b in a very good location in Venice a little off the main tourist areas but this was perfect for us. Right next to sun marcuolo vaporetto stop and a short distance to the train station. The host gave us a lot of very useful information on Venice when we landed. He produced a map of Venice and gave us detailed advice for where to go including attractions and restaurants- this was great as I then didn’t have to do much research myself. We followed his plan and it was great. He gave us a good tip to go to the tower on san Maggiore island instead of st marks Square- it was much cheaper and much quieter with a great view! The b and b is very nicely furnished inside with a nice garden to eat breakfast of have drinks in the evening. Room was very good with all amenities you would want and a good powerful shower. Great place to stay in Venice.

Everthing was perfect. Super room and great breakfast with extra home made cakes. Check-in was very flexible, even though are phone was out of power, but they were waiting for us. The location is first class close to a vaporetto station. And top of that they have a lovely nice garden as well.
