Our guests were promptly offered rooms at the nearby Hotel Continentale and Modernist, part of the same property, to take a hot shower and mitigate, at least in part, the inconvenience experienced. For some guests who did not use this service, a lunch was offered as a gesture of apology.We work daily to ensure our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay, but, as can happen even at home, unforeseen situations may occur despite our constant care and maintenance, which I assure you is always a top priority.Our hotel is located in the very center of the city, adjacent to the pedestrian area—a privileged location that, however, comes with compromises, such as the absence of private parking.
