Beautifully renovated building. We will stay again as we absolutely will come back to Leon.
Comfy bed and hypoallergenic pillows and they have Dyson hairdryers in the very high standard bathrooms.
Shower had great power.
Only comment I would have is the very strong scent used in the public/reception areas. Suggest to reduce this as it was way too much. I guess some people are ok with this so it’s just personal opinion

We needed Google Maps to locate the iron door that serves as the hotel entrance. Once we found it and pushed the buzzer, check-in was very easy, and the staff was extremely friendly. However, there are steps leading up to the front desk, and there is no elevator. Fortunately, the front desk attendant assisted us with our luggage, so we didn't have to carry it up the 7 to 10 steps.
The room was fantastic—definitely the first king bed we've had in Europe instead of two twin beds pushed together. The bathroom was very well-equipped with all the necessary items and then some for a comfortable hotel stay. The top-quality coffee and kettle in the room were great additions. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, providing a dark environment that was very helpful. Although we were on the first floor (second floor in some regions), we did experience some street muted noise and the sounds of people outside.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

The Palacete Colonial is a beautifully done boutique in a restored, historic building. Our room was lovely with tall ceilings and a large bath with fabulous shower. It was a bit of a challenge to locate via car and to find parking but well worth the effort. Highly recommend.

Top boutique hotel in het verrassende Léon. Geweldige kamer met een nog mooiere badkamer. Uitstekende airco en behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk, uitgebreid ontbijt. Top! Top! Top! Een aanrader van jewelste, zou het zeker boeken als je van plan bent deze regio (Castili? y Léon) te bezoeken

Ficamos na suíte Júnior, enorme, porém precisando de atualiza??o, com exce??o do banheiro, que é muito bom. Além disso, faltam tomadas e o sistema de ilumina??o é confuso. Também n?o gostamos da cama, incompatível com o pre?o do hotel. Café da manh? caro (15 euros por pessoa). Boa localiza??o e equipe gentil (destaque para Eva e Ant?nio).

The subtle and pleasant fragrance in the hall, the lighting in common areas and in the rooms, the great selection and qualities of complimentary toiletries. Confortable and spacious bed, large bathroom. Smack in the centre and in walking distance from the old city .
