This is something we take very seriously, and we are actively working to improve our cleaning standards to ensure it doesn't happen again.Regarding the stain on the bed frame, we want to assure you it is not vomit, but rather the result of a drink spill or another substance that has proven difficult to remove. That said, a new bed frame has already been ordered and is currently on its way.As for the bed, we understand that comfort preferences can vary widely.
