We are truly sorry that you found the hotel to not be up to your expectations but some of your points raised are taken as a compliment since , we are running a boutique hotel, not a business hotel or a chain. A boutique hotel is a small, elegant, independent establishment with a distinctive style, a strong emphasis on personalized service, and often connected to the local culture. In contrast, a traditional hotel, especially if it's part of a large chain, usually offers a uniform experience across numerous rooms, with less attention to uniqueness. That's why, despite check-in starting at 2:00 PM, we assigned your room around 11:00 AM, taking into account your jet lag, even though you'd arrived at the hotel at 7:50 AM. The person in charge assisted you in check in process and gave a briefing about attractions in Rome.Since breakfast was in progress, we couldn't accommodate you on the rooftop or in the lounge on the sixth floor. Furthermore, we were fully booked, so check-in and check-out were in progress, and you preferred to sleep on the armchair on the ground floor. We kept your bags in the luggage room and, when the room was ready, moved them to your room. On the day of check-out, we kept your luggage in our storage room until 2:30 pm. Usually we provide bathrobes only upon request and when you demanded for slippers we immediately provided in the room. I really apologize for the noise from the adjoining room which was occupied family with a kid but if you had informed me we could have notified the guestsOur goal is to get a resolution and restore any faith that has been lost so I truly hope we can restore your faith in us in the near future and invite you back to stay with us again to sleep in our higher category roomsRegards
We have the impression that you are quoting another Hotel not ours perhaphs the property you were in Arezzo , here in Rome there are no tiny road, better there are but traffic is restricted to vehicles in all the area of the city center so cannot be that you are talking about our hotel or the area where the hotel is , also you had no breakfast with us Can you please check?
