Some rooms are ok, we had an 'attic room' up a steep narrow steel step staircase. There was a small fridge on the floor & one chair and double bed. No other furnishings and hardly room for what was in there. No flat surface to charge phone other than window sill. Would not recommend!

Not a hotel in the accepted sense, no reception and communication all done remotely. Having said that host Michael was attentive and stayed in touch.
However
1 Not suitable for older people who will have to walk up several flights of narrow stairs with their baggage. To his credit Michael did offer to come to the ‘hotel’ to help with the bags if required but we left most of our stuff in car as only one night stay.
2 The online app for opening and closing front door and individual apartments is only in Italian.
3 The apartment could do with signs explaining how to turn on gas cylinder so gas elements would function and how the controls for electric oven work - the apartment was clean but the oven was filthy.
4 Cold water shower only - maybe we have to turn a water heater on but not advised and no signs.
5 Location in heart of old town was great and noisy - close to most of the attractions and multiple eating options.
Hotel is best suited for budget travellers looking for central location and who don’t want or need a lift to walk up 4 or 5 floors.
Judged on that basis offers good value.

Collocato praticamente a ridosso del Duomo in pieno centro in una zona popolare con mercato al mattino che diventa la sera spazio dove i vari locali della zona allestiscono i tavoli per la grande quantità di persone che la frequenta. Atmosfera molto suggestiva.

Property has lovely views with an outside seating area. It is spacious and clean with reasonable facilities and the contact staff were very responsive. The area is well served and vibrant.
Unfortunately it is not suitable for an elderly couple with a heavy bag.

Die Lage ist super wenn man Abends die Stadt erkunden will. Dafür aber natürlich nicht ganz so ruhig gelegen. Waren eine Nacht dort dafür war es für uns perfekt.

Para empezar fue muy difícil encontrarlo. Es un edificio con una puerta chiquita y un cartel mínimo al lado del timbre. El agua caliente de la ducha duraba 3 minutos, después fria.La habitación lindísima con decoración muy agradable. El edificio antiguo con escalera de marmol angosta hasta el segundo piso. Estacionamiento en la vía pública enfrente y sin problemas. Pero a la noche fué difícil dormir porque se oía la conversación de los restaurants con mesas en la calle. En resumen, muy bien ubicado cerca de la plaza principal, pero no volvería.

All of the photos are of the rooms - very clean- or of the near by monuments- my pictures are of the outside and not very attractive. Other descriptions were wrong also. Owners are not very attentive- took all 3 days we were there to get a broken toilet seat replaced although he did come to our car after we looked for about 3 hours at night without finding it … possibly the lack of a sign??? Overall it is very clean , nice location for walking to bars/ restaurants but that’s about all. Can’t recommend even for the very inexpensive price- you get what you pay for.

Posizione comoda per visitare la città, è l’unico punto di forza. Se vi danno la camera C siete a un 4 piano senza ascensore in cima a scala a chiocciola ripida. Bagno con accessori più che minimi. I mobili? Quali mobili? Asciugamani usati, lasciati nel bidet per essere cambiati sono stati solo piegati e riproposti. Personale inesistente. L’unico che abbiamo incontrato sfuggente e antipatico. Sceglietelo solo se non vi disturba il rumore notturno. 80 euro a notte per i servizi che offre sono un’esagerazione.
