We walked up from a very quiet car park into a little narrow street just a few feet away when we saw the wooden doors, and stepped inside into a whole different world. The most beautiful tranquil setting and greeted by the charming owners Manuella & Salvatore - so welcoming; great hospitality. We were shown around the grounds first, so peaceful, we walked around a decent sized pool with a zen ambience. Absolute perfection. I felt myself chillout instantly. We were then shown to our room where they offered us an upgrade at no extra charge (oh my goodness! Amazeballs). The Mosaic Room they gave us was incredible. Original mosaic flooring that they have preserved. Such fine detail. A spacious bedroom & bathroom. So luxurious, Beautiful white bedding, very comfortable bed & pillows. The rooms are spotlessly clean, so beautiful & smell amazing! We had a special area with seating to chillout in which had the mosaic flooring. Breakfast was incredible, all so fresh, tasty & intriguing, many new things for my husband I to try and our tastebuds were not disappointed! Salvatore & Manuella were the kindest, sweetest hosts, we wanted for nothing as we had it all right there. Fantastic 2 night stay we will never ever forget. Blew our minds to be honest! This couple have worked so hard in preserving the look and feel of this beautiful building. Hope to be back again in the very near future. Tracy & Anthony

An absolutely top-notch experience! Beautiful rooms, a stunning garden with a swimming pool, and an excellent, extensive breakfast. Manuela and Salvatore are the best hosts you could wish for. We'll definitely come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet h?tel. Salvatore est exceptionnel dans la préparation des petits déjeuners, offrant une variété de plats savoureux qui ont ravi nos papilles. Manuela, quant à elle, est toujours disponible et attentive, s'assurant que tous nos besoins soient satisfaits. Leur écoute et leur accueil chaleureux ont grandement contribué à rendre notre expérience agréable. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation !

We zijn 3 nachten gebleven in deze mooie b&b. Top van begin tot einde! Kamers zijn heel mooi en leuk ingericht, het ontbijt is super lekker, veel keuze, allemaal vers, alles wat je maar kan wensen! Ze helpen met alles te regelen, van restaurants tot snorkel uitstap… Alles absoluut TOP hier, we komen graag terug!

Palazzo antico finemente ristrutturato, camera ben arredate su più livelli la nostra era separata dalla struttura, buona qualità del sonno! Piscina all'interno del giardino, gli Host sono molto cordiali e disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta, ma la vera forza della struttura e la colazione! Buffet dolce e salato molto curato in ogni particolare mi diventa difficile spiegarlo provare per credere! pulizia delle stanze ok.

Varcare il portone di Palazzo Frangipane significa abbandonare per un attimo la realtà e immergersi in un’oasi di tranquillità senza tempo. Il palazzo, finemente ristrutturato, ha ambienti eleganti e curati in ogni dettaglio, dai fantastici proprietari Manuela e Salvatore, trasmettono subito una sensazione di raffinata intimità. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato denominata Mosaico, è un piccolo gioiello: arredata con gusto sobrio ma ricercato, capace di coniugare comfort moderni e charme storico. Ogni angolo parla di attenzione e di amore per l’ospitalità. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Manuela e Salvatore: due padroni di casa straordinari. Manuela, con la sua elegante accoglienza, ci ha fatto sentire parte di questa splendida dimora. Salvatore ci ha regalato ogni giorno una colazione superlativa, preparata con cura e ingredienti di prima qualità che raccontano i sapori genuini del Salento. I dolci preparati tutte le mattine da Manuela sono magnifici: ci ha deliziato ogni giorno con dei pasticciotti meravigliosi e sfornato anche delle stupende torte senza glutine Consigliamo vivamente Palazzo Frangipane a chi cerca un’esperienza autentica, dove la bellezza dell’architettura si fonde con la discreta eleganza dell’accoglienza. Un luogo magico in cui è facile dimenticare il resto del mondo.

If you are looking for accomodation around Salve and appreciate style, comfort and fabulous food then you really must stay here! You won’t be disappointed. It’s absolutely beautiful, the owners Salvatore and Manuela are the perfect hosts, helpful, informative and entertaining! They are clearly very passionate about their business. The breakfast here has to be the best we’ve had anywhere, beautiful fresh ingredients, lots of variety and Salvatore keen to cook any type of eggs you want. His omelettes were amazing, perfectly cooked and interesting fillings. Palazzo Frangipane really is a hidden gem, from the street you’d have no idea what lays behind the wooden door. It opens to reveal a perfect oasis of calm and style. So many tiny details cleverly put together, from the dining furniture, tastefully decorated bedrooms, to the pretty gardens and pool area. We were staying in the upstairs terrace room which has a wonderful view over neighbouring rooftops and to the sea. The sun is on the terrace all afternoon and has comfortable seating allowing peaceful privacy, and a spectacular sunset. In summary, you must stay here! We will definitely be coming back and will arrange our next Puglia visit to include Salve again. Thank you both so much, we had a fabulous time!

Ce séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé et nous avons été purement ravis de ce BnB.L’accueil été au top, tout comme la gentillesse et les conseils de nos h?tes. Les chambres étaient à la fois spacieuses, très belles et confortables. Et le petit déjeuner était incroyable et dépassait tout ce qu’on pouvait imaginer, avec uniquement des produits frais et faits maison. Sans oublier la magnifique piscine, l’ambiance et le c?té design. On recommande sans hésiter.

Ce lieu est magique. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés et disponibles. Les chambres à couper le souffle. Literie impeccable, salle de bain de rêve. Le petit déjeuner est sans aucun doute un moment de convivialité avec une attention particulière à tous les détails (gustatifs et décoratifs). Un lieu de charme à ne pas manquer dans la région. Plages pas très distantes du palazzo.

Palais somptueux rénové avec beaucoup de go?t. Notre chambre était très spacieuse, confortable avec une très bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment formidable : aussi copieux que délicieux. Nous avons très très bien été accueillis par nos h?tes, sympathiques et chaleureux. Un vrai moment de luxe !
