This hotel is both beautiful and extraordinarily luxurious. We stayed in the top floor suite for our anniversary. The tiles walking in matched those of the Orvieto duomo, and the spacious room, complete with a gas fireplace, was gorgeous in every way. And we absolutely loved the private pool attached to the suite. We also could not have asked for better service from the staff, who helped us park, brought in our bags, and arranged for taxi travel when we needed it. This is truly a five star property and we hope to come back someday!

Stunning design in a beautiful old building near the Duomo. The owners obviously paid great attention to detail in the remodeling, resulting in rooms that while modern are also warm, soothing and elegant. Everyone treated us warmly, more like we were visiting long time friends who owned a lovely home in the country. The bar and breakfast service were cozy and delicious.

If you like carefully considered design and color ways, if you appreciate subtlety and don’t mind some atmospheric drama to your surroundings, then you must stay here. The vibe of this place is off the charts, the renovation is great. Front desk very welcoming and helpful, made a couple great food recommendations. Sit in the courtyard or bar for drinks at the very least. Sit in the living rooms and pretend you’re in a monastery (uncomfortable couch for longer term relaxing though, it’s just a bench really). Super comfortable beds. Could use labels on the six switches by my bedside and instructions for chromcast on tv. Always function over form, folks. I loved being here for a short 2 night stay. I wish I’d eaten at coro but the menu wasn’t appealing too much to me. Bartender made a perfect espresso martini and a wonderful wine by the glass recommendation. Love that items in fridge were gratis. It’s the little things. 5 stars.

Palazzo Petrvs is in a perfect location for a visitor to Orvieto. My room was extremely comfortable. There are lovely materials and details throughout the building. Every member of the staff was helpful, warm and welcoming. Very highly recommended.

Wonderful 5 star boutique hotel in the charming and vibrant town of Orvieto. Steps from all the sights of the town including the incredible Duomo and caves. Amazing, flawless service, delicious restaurant. The most impressive part was the styling of this hotel - renovated about 2 years ago it’s incredibly chic, stylish, and functional. So glad we stopped here on our drive through Italy!

This place is a gem! My only regret is that we didn't have more nights here. We arrived a bit later than anticipated and called for assistance. They were quick to help. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and led to a beautiful room. The hotel is a lovingly restored villa with modern features mixed with the historic beauty. Breakfast was wonderful. We would come back and stay longer in a heartbeat.

Outstanding service, luxurious accommodation right in the heart of Orvieto. we stayed for two nights and could not find fault. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, the staff are exemplary. we had one of the smaller rooms which was still very spacious

This Hotel gets an A+ from start to finish. The breakfast was wonderful. Everybody working for the Hotel could not have been nicer or more helpful and the design of the hotel and the rooms is fantastic. I am shocked that more people don’t stay overnight in Orvietto. there’s plenty to see and good restaurants and now there’s a truly five star hotel.
