This hotel truly stands out for its authentic 5-star service, which is rare to find. The entire property feels special, with beautiful art throughout and a refined, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and every detail is thoughtfully designed. The hotel amenities, including the high-quality cosmetics, exceeded expectations. What really makes the difference, though, is the staff-warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A memorable experience and a place I would highly recommend!

Exceptional Stay – Truly Above and Beyond This hotel in Croatia is extraordinary. The service was nothing short of exceptional—warm, personal, and full of thoughtful surprise-and-delight moments that made our stay unforgettable. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and luxuriously comfortable, with every detail carefully considered. The location was perfect—an easy walk to Old Town while still offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The staff made us feel genuinely cared for, and their hospitality set a new standard for us. A truly memorable experience. Highly recommend!

This hotel is truly earns its 5 stars! The facilities including guest rooms, lobbies, bar, and restaurant are all top notch. The staff, from arrival at the lobby desk, to restaurant/bar wait staff, to housekeepers and to the management staff, ALL were professional, interested in our complete satisfaction and were proud to be working here. The breakfast was superb! This place was recently renovated and it is now a treasure of Split. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience! USA ( SC, NM)

Concierge service and housekeeping were excellent. The manager was exemplary in every way and she made sure guests were always well attended. The breakfasts were a bit behind compared to other departments with some elements such as homemade smoothies and excellent yogurt and kefir absolutely terrific. The hot dishes were not as perfect but were serviceable.

The service and staff we reviewed here is absolutely, hands down, THE BEST. They not only allowed us early check in, late check out but also helped with information and guidance to book my car ferry to hvar. They have great breakfast and are so attentive to all of your needs. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

The most luxurious hotel in Split! We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were fantastic - especially Roko! We arrived to beautiful Macarons, champagne, and a heartfelt handwritten note - it really set the tone for a truly unforgettable stay. The hotel has just been beautifully refurbished (June) and is just stunning in every way - the rooms were gorgeous and included chopard amenities which was a real treat! Great location too. Would most definitely stay here again and recommend to all!

We have stayed in the hotel for 2 days. From the moment we walked in the hotel and the staff smiled at us, I felt welcomed and happy. I would say this is one of the most friendly staff I have encountered since I started travelling and sleeping in hotels. The room is spacious, beautifully refurbished. Bathroom is absolutely beautiful. The marble green sink is another dimension of beautiful. Chopard as part of toiletries is an amazing touch to the luxurious feeling of the whole hotel. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is so good that it deserves its own review. There was a handwritten note that welcomed us when we entered the room and it has risen the personal touch to the ultimate level. All in all, I am blown away and can't wait to go in hotel Palazzo again.

Excelente Hotel e instalaciones nuevas , las amenidades Chopard con un olor riquísimo , el desayuno bufete excepcional , excelente servicio y atención de todo el personal , camas muy cómodas , en general de 10 el hotel , volvería a quedarme ahí en una próxima visita
