H?tel à déconseiller, sinon pour l'emplacement Points positifs : l'emplacement, face à la mer et l'amabilité de la jeune femme à l'accueil Points négatifs : il y en a beaucoup ! - les lits ne sont pas refaits d'un jour à l'autre (nous sommes restés 3 jours), ils se contentent de relever les draps ! (et ni vu, ni connu) - la propreté limite (la porte de la salle de bains est restée sale durant notre séjour) - la douche, sans douchette - les petits déjeuners très succincts (pain pas très frais, jus d'orange infect....) - et surtout, le jeune homme à l'accueil (quand on revient du restaurant, le soir), cette personne ne lève même pas la tête de son téléphone quand on rentre, ne salue pas. A la limite, n'importe qui pourrait entrer !

This isn't the best hotel in Sarande - not that I'd know because we only stayed here. If you walk around there are newer, bigger, probably 5 hotels all around. But covering the basics, Palma City is clean, nice room, beds are comfortable, the breakfast is ample and varied and very tasty and the staff are very polite (especially Alexa who is a star and a mine of information). However, if you are going to Albania for the first time - and so are probably adventurous but maybe a little nervous then Palma City is the perfect place to stay. As our late night ferry was coming into Sarande we were really concerned we would be in bother finding the place. No need, you come out of the port and it's there - you can see it on your right as you go up the escalator from the passport hall. The proximity to the port is nothing to worry about - the port itself is very small and there's never more than two ferries in. The other big advantage is that Palma City is actually very central while still being just on the edge - it's a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants in either direction. But it's far enough away that the party atmosphere won't keep you awake. The balcony gave a great view of the whole of Sarande and its surroundings and the pool was refreshing (and quiet) in the heat. Highly recommended - and when we go back to Sarande again, I can see us staying here.

The hotel is located right next to the port and within walking distance to all the attractions. It is a waterfront property with a lap swimming complex in front of it. It does not have a private beach as some of the other similarly priced hotels. The hotel front desk girl was very helpful, she assisted us with all of our requests. Hotel amenities were not great. The lockbox (safe) in the room was not bolted or secured to anything. It was very small and just sitting on top of a counter. The room key card which controlled the power for the room often did not work. We had to go to front desk several times to ask for a card reset. Breakfast was simple (eggs, toast, cheese, tomatoes, olives etc.). Coffee was not good, a watered down version of American drip coffee. The hotel has quite a bit to improve.

The best hotel u can find in seranda. The hotel is renovated resently. We stayed in the penthouse with big balcony and jacuzzi. Its was very pleasant. The housekeeping are really nice and wonderful staff. Some time we feel shy from there generics. The front dest are the best. They advice us to visit places and restaurants and its worth to visit. They have the intelligent in all you want. Very friendly and kind. Totally recommended.

I would definitely recommend this medium sized hotel on the main beach in Saranda. I was a bit disappointed that the pool did not, in fact, have any water in it - despite it being sweltering hot in mid-May, but apparently May is still "off season" there. We had a third floor room facing the Sea, and it was just wonderful having the big wrap-around balcony with a couple chairs. Great views of the beach and port area. I should mention that there was considerable noise until about 10pm on a weeknight in the port due to machines, etc. It was a very short walk to the main promenade, the produce market (everyday from 9am-2pm) and bus stops. The bed was not comfortable by western standards but the sheets and towels were clean, and staff were cheerful and helpful. It included a modest breakfast buffet too.

We traveled as a family with young children and the location was perfect for us. We got a large family room with fridge, sofa and four beds. The shower was in a separate huge room, and the rooms were clean and refurbished. No dishes, glasses or cutlery in the room, but this can be borrowed if it is needed. The hotel only serves breakfast, but there is a good selection of restaurants just outside the door. Breakfast consisted of omelettes, sausages, bread, jam, cereal and fruit. One of the days we were also tasty bruscettas. Tip: Take a look in the bakery which is right next door, lots of lovely cakes and biscuits! From the balcony we had a view of the whole city Sarande. Its only two minutes to the beach, and the hotel had a clean, nice swimming pool with deck chairs overlooking the city view. It is just a minute's walk down to the harbor where the ferry goes to Corfu. The staff spoke good English and were very kind and helpful.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, sehr ordentlich renoviert in super Lage am Strand mit eigenem Pool und extrem freundlichen Personal und das zu einem super gutem Preis. Wir haben es als Zwischenstopp auf unserer Rundreise genutzt, würden hier aber auch gern l?nger bleiben. Unsere eindeutige Empfehlung für die Region.

Доброе время суток, Даже не знаю с чего начать, на верное лучше с минусов и закончить плюсами :). Итак, сложно чегото добиться от персонала, Английский на уровне А1 кроме ребят на ресепшене. Туроператор объяснил, что завтрак и ужин швецкий стол, но на самом деле... Завтрак 7 дней омлет :), просто в столовой где подают завтрак нет оборудования для готовки и готовую еду (омлет) носят с основной столовой на другом этаже. Ужин Швецкий стол это два вида первого и нарезанные овощи :) основное блюдо всем приносят одинаковоею И не важно едите вы мясо, рыбу... что дают всем то и будете есть. Уборка, тоже не порадовала, мыльные принадлежности выдали в начале один раз, полотенце поменять так же проблема. Очень дорогой основной ресторан, при том что на берегу очень много отличных и дешевых ресторанов. Теперь о плюсах: Бассейн с видом на залив! Это восхитительно. Номера в отличном состоянии, так же с видом на залив. За чаевые персонал начинает что то делать, не приятно(все таки Европа), но хоть так. Как избавиться от минусов, просто пойти пообедать в городе а не в ресторане отеля, на семью из 4 человек обед в рыбном ресторане около 40 евро (2 порции жареных креветок, 1 порция креветок джамбо, 2 порции жаренных кальмаров, салад, 2 бутылки пива, 2 сока, 1 бутылка коньяка + одна в подарок за чаевые). Ну и конечно выходить из отеля почаще :) В общем цена\качество

Personale e proprietaria di cortesia e disponibilità assoluta. Camere pulite bagno un po' piccolo. Colazione piuttosto limitata per gli standard non di tipo internazionale anche se a richiesta il personale fa di tutto per accontentare il cliente .Non sempre fruibile il parcheggio. ACCETTATA SOLO CARTA VISA come in tutta Saranda. Piscina e stanza con vista panoramica. TV satellitare che non prende canali italiani come spesso capita in tutta Europa.

Les chambres sont spacieuses mais sans aucun charme. Cet h?tel n'est pas entretenu: moquette tachée, syphon de lavabo répugnant, murs de la salle de bain noircis du fait du taux d'humidité important...Le stationnement est compliqué. Seul point positif, la vue de notre chambre sur la mer. Trop cher pour ce que c'est, 50€ / nuit. Sarande est pour nous sans aucun intérêt. Cette ville est surpeuplée l'été, la circulation est impossible et laisse une impression de C?te d'Azur.
