Confusing block and hard to find parking bay or exiting. If driving and checking out have to turn around to go front of lobby. Rooms were spacious

Semua okey, tenang je sesuai utk vacation. xde gangguan bising ke ape. dekat sangat dengan legoland. wimming pools pun ada untuk budak and dewasa, scenery dr pools sangat cantik, dan ada sofa utk parents relax.

那个服务态度差到极点！！！！！其余的我就不多説，但在羣里肯定有个的态度极其恶劣！再来中午我已准时退房直到现在不舍得把按金退回来给我！
现在是2025 年 还有1-3天退款的操作！ 真的是服了！

房间面积和设施完全超过我的预期，非常非常性价比。周边非常荒凉，没有车子寸步难行。服务几乎没有，但是这个价格不需要服务，哈哈哈。公寓泳池很大，健身房设施也很好，保安非常认真负责。

Difficult to contact the customer services. 3 lines of contacts listed in the email are not directly the ones who will give you the answer. Check out time is too early, 11h am, that made my family miss the trip to the city centre in the morning as planned as afraid cannot come back in time to check out. Hope this will improve.

美迪尼艾尔莎公寓临时放我们鸽子，到了艾尔莎楼下説没房。。。携程客服反应迅速，帮我们两家人换到了三卧室套房，除了附近没啥东西出门需要打车，住着确实舒服，像在家里一样方便。可以看到乐高乐园，去公主港也方便
