Nice apartment with plenty of space, lovely views across the city to the river - convenient for trips to the acquarium, and the lds temple - very friendly and helpful staff in reception - especially Madalena

Overall a great stay! It is 10 mins walk away from Oriente Station, and also 10 mins metro ride to/from Lisbon Airport. Reception was very friendly. He helped us store our luggage securely as we arrived before check-in time. He also escorted us to our studio apartment and was very helpful with any questions we had.
The studio was clean and tidy, and had an amazing view! The kitchen has everything we need for cooking. The washing machine also has a dryer function, which is really convenient. There's also daily housekeeping service. The apartment block was also guarded, so we felt really safe during our stay.
There was a security deposit of €250, which is understandable with all the furniture and amenities. They refunded that back into my account the day after checkout, so all was great.
One minor thing is that water drains a bit slow in the bathtub. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful experience here and would definitely come back if we're visiting Lisbon again.

The only issue we had was no kitchen towel to dry the dishes with, they left a old dirty sponge to wash the dishes with. Also not enough linens. 1 face cloth for 4 people.2 handtowels for 4 people....So my suggestion would be more linens. But we loved the place.

Staff was nice, room was somewhat clean (there was a stain in the sheets, the shower handle was broken so it kept moving), kitchen had everything. Overall I would come back

The property itself is beautiful. Very clean spacious and well equipped.. The location for local dining and subway/train connections is great.
My only concern was with the lumpy very hard mattress and very much in need of replacement pillows. As the rest of the property and unit was so upscale, we were surprised by this over site.

We had trouble finding the check in desk. From the outside it looked like a cafe.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Took us up to our apartment and showed us the layout. Nice, clean, quiet building.

The best thing about this place was the view. It was noisy at night: music, voices, banging doors elevator noise, trains and noise from the stove exhaust. The bed was not very comfortable. It is about 10 minutes from a shopping mall, which was nice. Overall though we would not recommend this place.

公寓式有厨房和基本的用具，包括煤气灶，小锅，切菜用的刀（非常难用），碗盘刀叉等，附近超市买些油盐调味料食材可以自己做饭，住着停舒服的。
高层东向风景很好，视野开阔，通风透气很舒服。
没有什么服务，应该配置的咖啡，后面几天一直没有加送，可能是我们挂了请勿打扰的牌子，另外説是24小时前台，但实际木有，很多时候前台根本没人。

AC units needed servicing. The one in the middle bedroom rattled terribly when we turned it on and initially blew out warm air before cooling a bit to less warm but never cold after about an hour. By time (around 5:30pm after having checked in at 4pm which was the earliest we could) we realized it was not getting cool and reported the problem, we were told that maintenance left at 5pm and wouldn't be coming to fix it and the lowest room temp shown on it was 28.6 C (or 83.5 F) so sleeping the one night that we stayed was quite uncomfortable. Pretty sure the rattling noise on that unit was present for some time before our arrival and should have been addressed prior...especially for the price being charged. We turned the other units way down just to make it bearable in the apartment. It was very clean and attractively decorated but we felt it wasn't worth the expense without properly operating AC when it was so hot outside...around 100 F.

We stayed here only one night because of close proximity to the airport for an early morning flight. The accommodation is very large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the shopping center is right down the street. It's pretty far from the touristy areas but otherwise excellent in every other way. Would be great for business or family travel, if you don't want to be in the thick of it all.
