Everything was perfect. Staffs are very polite. So much things to see and enjoy. Definitely wanna visit again. If you are an art lover you can enjoy whole buildings.

We chose to stay at Paradise City for a night as we had an early flight to catch the next morning. There is a free shuttle service that runs between the hotel and the airport every half hour. The room size is very generous and the gym well-equipped. We only discovered an electrical fault in the room late evening and the front desk staff, Carol Park and Marcus Jung, were quick to assist us change to another room after the electrician could not solve the issue. Marcus also waited for us at the front lobby the next morning to apologise for the lapse in service when we checked out and helped with our luggages to the shuttle bus stop. We appreciate the service recovery.

酒店房間較大，床比較舒服，未見什麼服務可圈可點的地方，就是普通五星級酒店的感覺吧。地理位置方便，距離機場很近。樓下??娛樂場，食物味道還是絕對可以的，如在仁川轉機的話，這間酒店是附近最好的選擇了。

ゴージャスなホテル。宿泊者専用の無料プールもありましたが、有料スパのシメールに行きました。これが大正解。夕方だったからかもしれませんが、ウォータースライダーもほとんど并ばず楽しめましたし、インフィニティプールも家族風呂狀態。ロッカー、ドライヤー、脫水機、全てが最新式です。ソニックのゲームコーナーは宿泊者は1時間無料で游び放題。小學生男子の心を摑んでました。1泊だけでしたが、夫と子供はもう一泊したかったと言ってます。

非常好????，酒店樓下自助餐周末的話17w一人，很好吃，里面的燒麥特別絕，甜品也是吃過的自助餐里最好的。酒店水療也非常好，建議上午去，沒啥人。最後一天去看音樂節，音樂節的手環拆不下來，前臺女生還幫我親手用剪刀剪開了，感謝～總之體驗很不錯，下次有機會還會來。

Great family hotel. It's our second time at this Paradise City hotel. It is always a wonderful and memorable stay here. The facilities were top notch, the breakfast was delicious and the room was very spacious. Totally worth the stay.

Great hotel in terms of hospitality. There’s casino, swimming pool, indoor amusement park, art gallery and what not. Really made it up for the unpleasant experience we had with the other Korean hotel we had first night.
Pro tip:
- Guests enjoy 30% off on Cimer and Amusement park
- Casino and art gallery entrance is free for guests
- Cimer is about 42,000 krw for entry (after discount). Any other facilities inside Cimer costs extra. Sadly we didnt know that.
- They have airport luggage pick up n drop off service
- Everything is free in the mini bar

It was a lovely resort hotel. However, not enough convenience store nor late night shopping stores compared to Inspire resort.
But very convenient for terminal 1 departure/arrival. Probably only 5mins by free shuttle bus Whilst if you are using terminal 2, Inspire resort maybe more attractive and quicker access.

很不錯的一次入住體驗，這里果然是名不虛傳。這里結合了酒店與消遣，是家庭入住的好地方。非常適合住兩天一夜以上。Cimer汐美！大推薦加購體驗水療中心！仁川機場一號客運大樓3C有免費穿梭巴士，適合最後一天的行程。
