Un charme indéniable pour cet h?tel situé au centre de la jolie petite ville de Santillana del Mar et cependant tranquille, on a aussi apprécié l’ accueil sympathique, une expérience que nous aurions plaisir à renouveler. Ce fut aussi l’occasion de visiter Altamira

Están de obras a la entrada a Santillana,y está un poco complicado, pero una vez dentro genial,para pasear tapar,y dar un trato,volveremos seguro, habrá que dejarlo.pasar por lo menos un par de a?os,porque están de obras en el paso de ka Hermida dirección Potes,y estar en Cantabria y no ir a Potes,es que falta algo, volveremos

Excepcional. Habíamos reservado una habitación normal y por un error de ellos terminaron compensándonos con una suite. Les dijimos que no era necesario, pero insistieron. La habitación era impresionante, con un estilo clásico precioso. El desayuno estupendo. Mi estancia fue el a?o pasado, pero quería hacer público mi agradecimiento

beautiful building in a perfect setting but slow service and a very poor cup of coffee. the internal decor of the parador were sopt on but unable to provide a decent cup of coffee. as i say, disapointed.

Es un edificio antiguo muy bien remodelado con todos los servicios hoteleros y un gran restaurante con muy buena calidad de alimentos y tradición, con capacidad de atender a grupos grandes al mismo tiempo

Interesting building in perfect location. Generous food portions. It sometimes took quite a while to be served in the bar and some staff were a little sullen but Vanesa Noriega was very pleasant, helpful and smiling. We would recommend this parador, as indeed we would others. Very convenient car park. It would have been helpful if clear, precise driving instructions were made available prior to arrival. Perhaps sent out at the time of booking? Non Spanish drivers need a little bit more help as the road are unfamiliar.
