Food served with tons of flies. No basic laundry service. Iron and iron board in a horrible state. Old food left in fridges and rotting on the first day I checked in. Dirty bedding. Very disappointing. Floor staff were literally scared of us asking for anything because of the state of facilities.

Very good place direct on the beach. Very big room with quite AC. A lot of water activites to do. Snorkling scuba diving , waterjet. We have spend 3 days. A coconuth plantation can be visited 5 minutes form the hotel entry. Chief & Team are helpful.

Friendly staff, manager Janaka was very helpful. large property, large clean rooms, behind the hotel is the ocean, large/ clean pool. Inside is safe. Only down side was hotel not offering meals, other than breakfast. With small kids, it’s hard to look around. If I visit the area again, I would stay at this hotel again. Because of the food, I give a little low rating.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Passi villas. The rooms were incredibly big. We had a super big bed plus an extra bed. They had an amazing pool which was great to swim in. The beach was unfortunatly full of stones, so need to walk to the public beach. The service was the best so far. Breakfast very nice. If you want to have european standard better go to the hotel next door, its bigger but not that nice pool. but if you want to experience the real tamil friendlyness go to the passi villas. The staff treat you so nicely and polite. We felt very comfortable. One minus is the toilet. My put some new one it it , it would be nicer.. the kids were happy about the free standing bath tube. I can recommend the passi villas especially for familys. Thanks for your service.

We loved Passi Villas- it’s very quiet, pool was great and food was great. We had half board with fresh pastries fruit and eggs for breakfast and for dinner a 3-4 course meal- I had the fish every night which was different daily The management leave you alone and you have the manager’s phone number if you need anything urgently. In the morning I would talk to the chef about what we would like for dinner- so very personal service. If you don’t like peace and quiet then you won’t like this place- I think good for family. Beach a bit of coral but walk about 50m and beautiful We will come back next year and bring our whole family

Le personnel est très gentil, les chambres spacieuses et les repas très copieux. La plage de l'h?tel est très propre par contre, difficile de s'y baigner à cause des coraux. Mais il y a une plage surveillée à 5min à pieds. Il y a aussi un spot de sport nautique à 10min à pieds.

Great hotel, very attentive and hospitable staff, excellent cuisine (booked bed&breakfast but ended up having dinner at the hotel). Comfortable rooms, lived in the last cottage by the sea. Large pool. Minor problems were resolved in the shortest possible time. Everything is good. Special thanks to Janaka for a perfectly organized holidays.

Two days B&B stay at Passi Villas From 08th December 10th December 2022 I was the only guest for the entire hotel.. On my stay, there were only 2 staff members available, one looking after the interior / rooms, restaurant front desk services etc., the other one looking after the outside / garden, swimming pool etc. and There was one security guard who worked from 1800 hours to the following day 06.00 hours. With my experience at Passi Villas, Passikudah, Sri Lanka I would like to write a few guidelines for the future travellers who look for accommodation at the hotel. 1.clarify what is included in your package before you accept the offer. 2 check if the resident manager or front desk service is available. 3 check the swimming pool is ready to use for the guests. 4 check if the hotel kitchen is functioning for hot cooking meals or you will be offered packed dinner from outside.. 5 check if your preferred beverages are available at the hotel or you need to bring your own from outside. 6 if the hotel fails to give agreed service, are they still going to charge the full amount as per the offer they have given
