I had a wonderful stay with my family at Patio Mare in August 2025. The rooms were very clean and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety of options for everyone. The hotel is in a great location — just 4 minute walk to the beach, and very comfortable sunbeds. Free Wi-fi and parking were a plus. I especially appreciated hreat location to all local amneties and friendly staff I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

I was a bit apprehensive about our stay here as I had read mixed reviews online. The hotel is well situated on Dhermi beach front, at the time of our visit they are building a huge hotel in front of Patio Mare which completely obstructs the sea view, this wasn’t a massive issue for us but something to be aware of if you stay here. Access to a private area of the beach and sun beds is great! I have to say I was shocked at how busy and commercialised the beach front is, it’s absolutely packed with sun beds and bars blaring out music. The beach does not have an authentic Albanian vibe we were looking for. If you want this you need to stay in the old town it is beautiful, authentic and quiet. It would have been nice if the hotel provided beach towels. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable however are extremely small! We are here on a 4 week trip so have a lot of luggage and there was absolutely no storage in the room. The rooms have a fridge and kettle which is useful. Breakfast is average at best. The fresh coffee was delicious, as was the fresh fruit and yoghurt. The cooked breakfast had been sat in the trays for a long time, it was not fresh at all so we didn’t bother with it after the first day. Private parking included in the hotel price was a bonus for us as parking in Dhermi is limited and expensive. Overall I would say this hotel is 3* rather than 4* and is over priced for the service it offers.

L'hotel è in una posizione che praticamente non si vede il mare anche se sei a 30 metri dalla spiaggia, perchè hanno costruito un nuovo hotel che sarà pronto fra sei mesi e nasconde la vista del mare. Le camere sono MOLTO piccole e se ci devi passare una settimana non so come fai a viverci. noi abbiamo tenuto le valige semi aperte senza sistemare gli abiti e non sapevamo come fare per muoverci. Angelo è una persona eccezionale che ti aiuta in tutto quello che può esserti utile per il tuo soggiorno, sia in hotel che fuori e ti consiglia sempre le cose giuste. La passeggiata non è molto lunga, ma è piacevole e ci sono un sacco di ristoranti più o meno costosi che ti possono soddisfare nella scelta della cena.

Team working in this hotel is exceptional. Carrying and polite. Girl at the reception prepared by herself a list with recommended restaurants and bars around which was very helpful. Good location. New building. Sunbeds on the beach free of charge.
