Pas awal dateng jam 2, malah belum bisa check-in.
Baru bisa check-in jam 3.
Pas dapet kamar, pintunya susah banget dibukanya, tiap kali mau buka pintu harus panggil staffnya dulu, abis itu kamarnya juga ga begitu bersih.
Untungnya aja viewnya bagus, jadi yasudahlah.
Very disappointed,about the restaurant service.if theres a poin 1-10,i choose 2 for service restaurant.please training about the gesture and basic service waiter/waitress.but for the ambience,service housekeeping,and reservation goodjob welldone.thank you
