The hotel is relatively inexpensive, but the facilities are somewhat outdated and the overall setup is just so-so. Cleanliness is acceptable. It's very close to JJ Monkey and adjacent to Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs. If you don't mind being far from the Old City, this guesthouse is a good option—after all, it's only slightly more expensive than a youth hostel.

Very affordable price. Looks like 4 star place to me. Soft and comfortable bed. Room is spacious, and lighting is bright. Value for money. Place is a bit far, but everything is very good. Highly recommended.

A very clean and well maintained property. We had a large king sized bed, a new fridge, not mini, a microwave and a 55"ins TV with international channels.
Front desk staff were smiling and helpful with our requests and offered suggestions to explore and eat.
Highly recommended for only B$600.

The service of the hotel is really good than we expected. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel provides a lot of facilities in the room. They have a large space for parking. I would really recommend anyone who wants to stay in Chiang Mai.

I love the hotel and the view from the upper floor. Very sad that it has not a pool, other way I would stay longer here. They give sweet snack every day ??

房间很大，椅子只有一张，每间房间都有阳台。
附近机能很强，都是当地人的生活圈，有好吃又便宜的泰国菜，到古城骑车七分钟，周边也有市集可逛。
