We have an incredible team you can call, email, and even TEXT(!) who regularly get called out by name in our homes' reviews. We are available 24/7 for our guests. There are also no keys- you get your very own door code that will only work for the duration of your stay with our smart locks for extra security and peace of mind. - No smoking and/or vaping inside or near entry points
- Remove all trash and wash dishes/ start dishwasher prior to checking out
- You must clean fire pits, grills, and the like after use. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee
- Adhere to local ordinances and burn bans
- Adhere to all hot tub rules

Main Rules:
- Be mindful of neighbors, but make sure to enjoy your stay!
- No pets allowed- NO exceptions.
- No smoking inside or on deck surrounding. (occasionally, no smoking at all anywhere outside Ruidoso when the restriction is high enough due to fire hazards)
- Remove trash and wash/ put away dishes prior to your departure
- All trash bags must be placed in the large dumpsters around Ruidoso Midtown - leaving trash outside the cabin will attract unwanted creatures.
- Lock the Hot Tub when not in use
