Overall okay. I suggest hotel should put iron and iron board in room. The iron room at lobby. Guest need to go down to use iron. The breakfast just fine yet simple. Two days we stay they just serve nasi goreng/mee goreng as main dishes. But its okay as long they serve breakfast

Booked a superior room. Given a small room with a small double bed fixed against the wall. One had to climb across the other to get on the bed! Requested for a change of room, staff demanded extra payment! Hotel wasn't fully booked. Guessed the staff purposely gave me the small room. The bed was not comfortable, shaky, squeaky and not firm. Toilet covered with water after a shower! Badly designed. Stay away from it!

From my room i can here all other people conversation from outside. Loud and clear
Worse case the wall paint fell off when im showering.

整个酒店很脏很破，走廊地毯脏的不得了，淋浴头不能调角度，调到最冷的那边也是热水，但是水超级小，往热的那边调水是变大了，烫的根本洗不了，跟烫猪皮一样。隔壁的清真寺每天吟唱好几遍，另一边挨着高速公路，隔音特别差，全天不间断摩托车轰鸣声，根本没办法睡好。

The room was very spacious but had trouble in hot water and the technicians and front desk are not so friendly and didn't rectify the problem either the room change due to hot water issues and we had to cancel the second day stay because of this issue, and hotel don't want to refund (not recommended), the floor also smelly even the couch

recommended to stay if you have program at IDCC Shah Alam. just close by where you can just walk to the conference.

Carpet smell, dirty,at the floor.shower broken.iron and iron board don’t have at the room.guest need to go to the ground floor to iron at one room which is it’s not safe for women or kids and not convenience.front office was good , housekeeping as well.room it’s ok for me but pillow have a smell. Floor still can smell smoke even there was a signage at the floor. Elevator fast.

The rooms is not big and nit very small , just nice. Parking lot also available.
