My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Pemako Thimphu. Not only is the hotel centrally located, but their service staff is incredibly efficient and polite. The room was exceptional and the food at their restaurants was great. We highly recommend it.

Magnificent Hotel, with a typical architecture and a welcoming atmosphere. Fabulous room and high quality services, in particular the restaurant. But what is most impressive is the care with which they treat guests, making us feel at home.

The experience at Pemako Thimphu was extraordinary!! From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty! It was a once in a lifetime experience and our trip to Bhutan ???? surpassed my wildest dreams. Amazing hotel, amazing people. Amazing country!!

We spent a night at Pemako and if anything, the room was great. Spacious and well designed and what made it extra special was the fact that the floors of the toilets were heated which makes going to the bathroom in the middle of the night really comforting. Meals especially the breakfast was also quite the highlight for me especially with their crazy delicious banana pancakes and waffles&chicken! And being a picky coffee drinker, they do serve up really good coffee I think it's the small little touches for me that truly made my stay with Pemako a really memorable one

It was our first time in Bhutan and the first hotel experience. We did not know what to expect in detail but we did know that Pemako is great Hotel Chain. Our expectations were exceeded, food and ambience and service was above all. Great team, we loved it !

We love the hotel and especially its staff. Very friendly and great service. Very polite and they took great care of us. The food was delicious especially in the Bhutanese restaurant. We also loved the cultural experience and wearing the local clothing. I wanted to call out Tashi who was so lovely and conversational and helpful.

I stayed at Pemako Thimphu for two nights (26th–27th) with my family, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out—it’s on a different level compared to other 5-star hotels. Since we were traveling as a family, we were provided a spacious suite with a connecting deluxe room, which was perfect for our needs. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Despite an event being hosted at the hotel during our visit, we were well taken care of, which speaks volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. The restaurant offered a great breakfast spread, and the food quality was excellent—especially their freshly baked bread, which was a highlight. The hotel has all the facilities you’d expect from a 5-star property, but what makes it special is the warm and welcoming nature of the staff. The architecture has a traditional touch, which adds to the charm, and we thoroughly enjoyed the cultural program organized by the hotel. Overall, Pemako Thimphu combines luxury with authentic Bhutanese hospitality, making it a memorable experience. We would be excited to return!

In Bhutan which is a heavenly kingdom there is a must experience paradise called penal The staff welcomes you. I was greeted and experienced a monk blessing immediately. Then I got my laundry done and they even had the tailor fix some old stitches. It was then time for drinks and the bartender made heaven using herbs and fruit grown at the hotel garden Dinner was next and the pumpkin soup was to die for. During dinner we had a dance show with music Then it was time for bed in a comfortable sleep Breakfast was incredible and extensive. Get ready to eat Then it was spa time with talented angels who started out with a hot stone bath. Then it was time for yours Every day my bed became a romantic welcome This place is paradise with a caring staff and incredible cocktails food and great grounds

Albergo molto confortevole, camere ampie spaziose e ben corredate di tutto, personale gentilissimo ed ospitale, colazione ottima con tutte le possibili suggestioni locali ed internazionali, cena con tante specialità del posto e molte varianti, la scelta è stata ottima e giusta.
