Me and my wife spend Christmas in this part of Austria and we were so incredibly happy we chose to stay here. The pension is run by Josef and Monika. They are the loveliest hosts you will ever meet. Every morning greeting you at breakfast and checking if you are in need of anything. The rooms are very very clean and the infra red sauna is absolutely a big bonus. We started every day with a 30 min sauna session. The location is perfect and really close to ski slopes, Kitzbuhel and great hiking trails. There is a fancy resort/hotel nearby but if you want a personal experience than look no further.
