Stayed for 3 nights at 4 Percy Place and had a lovely time there. Simone and Richard were lovely hosts. Free parking close by on one of the streets. Morrisons supermarket only a few minutes away and 20 minutes to the centre of Bath or you could get the bus right outside the house. Simone baked a jam tart for us when we arrived and it was delicious. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Percy Place is the perfect home from home. We stayed for 6 weeks whilst working at the Theatre Royal over Christmas, and Simona and her family couldn't have been more welcoming. The house has everything you could need and is a short walk from the centre of Bath. The free parking is an absolute bonus too (especially over Christmas!).

Fabulous place with everything you could have wanted. Owner was really helpful and knowledgeable about Bath. Ideal location to walk into the centre of bath. Morrisons 5 mins walk. Free parking up the road. Warm and cosy. Tidy, clean and comfortable.

We received a warm welcome from Simona, with clear advice regarding the accommodation and on places to visit in Bath; as well as a tasty, freshly made jam tart to accompany our tea. All was clean, beautifully presented and comfortable. The city centre is a short walk from Percy Place and we had a lovely stay. Thank you Simona.

Lovely well equipped house, had everything we needed. An easy 20 minute walk into town. Great views over Bath from lounge. Very friendly host who made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed celebrating my daughter's 21st Birthday there. Would definitely visit again.

Fantastic, characterful and comfortable house within easy walking distance of the centre of Bath. Great location with lovely views, spacious rooms & parking close by. The host was very welcoming and accommodating and has thought of everything you need for a short or long stay. The master bedroom is lovely & bed is very comfortable, our children slept well in the second bedroom. The sitting room has beautiful windows & views and the kitchen is well equipped. We would love to come back again & highly recommend.

We had a wonderfull stay in Bath, at Percy Place. The appartement is well equiped, there is a lot of space and the location is perfect: close to a supermarket, a nice walk away from the center and a busstop juist in front of the house. Simona and Richard are really nice hoasts: responding very quickly and the are very helpfull (we needed to go to the first aid and Richard offered to bring us, that was so kind.)We were there with two couples and we had space enough in the house. It is worthwhile a visit!
