The Room was perfect, Location is a short 5 minute walk to the train station. A stocked and very clean Kitchen was great, Deborah the owner is very nice, she takes great pride in making her property beautiful. Full disclosure there is a bar on the first floor so you hear people talking till late in the evening. If that doesn’t bother you the property is perfect. We would stay again.

Muy buena atención de su due?a Debora. Buena ubicación. Cerca de la puerta de entrada a la ciudad. Y cerca de la Catedral. Está todo muy cálidamente decorado. Las habitaciones son amplias. Tiene una cocina self service con todo: café, té, Nespresso, Croissants, galletas, agua, agua con gas, etc. Lo usamos a la tarde y para desayunar. Lo único malo fue que tuvimos una habitación que da a la calle, y no pudimos dormir bien. Si bien te dan earplugs, no alcanza. Hay un bar irlandés justo abajo y hasta la 1 am aprox hay mucho ruido.

Great location, comfort, cleanliness and host
Very comfortable room, with shared kitchen facilities (amongst the three rooms), which were excellent. Very hospitable host. Great location. We loved Lucca, and hope to return: we'll definitely see if this place is available if we do!

Perfect place for couples.
Wonderful guest house. Word to the wise, not a quiet spot. It's right on a main path for foot and auto traffic with an Irish pub below. The noise did not bother us one bit. The hostess, Debra, was very sweet and helpful. Kitchen is stocked with sweets, coffee and tea. Wine available for purchase. We loved it.

Romantic break in lucca.
Ideal location in lucca. The host, Debora, was very welcoming and helpful. Nice, spacious room with bathroom. Tea, coffee and snack facilities provided.
We had front room which did get some street noise but, otherwise, excellent.

I cannot say enough nice things about this property! Excellent location in Lucca city and the property itself is perfect. From check-in to post checkout our host Debora was incredible. We arrived in Lucca a few hours early and our host was able to accommodate an early check-in. The room had all the amenities you could hope for and then some, including a breakfast bar with coffee and breakfast snacks. The property is quite central to bars and restaurants which is excellent, it gets a little noisey in the early morning for coffee and drinks at night, but the hosts have thought of everything so naturally have ear plugs. Our host Debora went above and beyond sorting a taxi for us well after we had checked out, as taxi's were very hard to come by the day we were leaving. Summary go-to Lucca and stay here, you won't regret it! Ciao
