Sparkling clean , close to the beach , you dont even need to have a car .

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Phalerus suites. The communication beforehand was great. It was a bit hard to find the entrance, but once we did it was easy to get inside the building and inside the room. The room is small but modern and there’s everything you need: a fridge with complementary water, wifi, a safe, towels, coffee cups and glasses, coffee pods etc., shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, small balcony with table and chairs, slippers. The only things we would change are adding a desk lamp and some lamps that aren’t this bright. During our stay we didn’t get service, but it was a short stay so no problem. There’s no concierge, but when the power was out it was resolved quickly - plus we were out during the day anyway so it didn’t bother us. There’s a supermarket in the bottom of the building. You can get a lot there, especially if you have a room with a kitchen it’s perfect. There’s no coffee or breads in the morning. There are plenty of restaurants around for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which was great after a day in busy Athens. It’s easy to take a bus or tram into old Athens. If we ever go to Athens again we’d like to stay here again.

Great suites . Brand new accommodation with a modern and fresh design . The suite is well equipped with coffee machines , fridge and kettle . There is also a working desk for a quick check on your remote job or hobby . The suite is super clean , it features also a balcony that you can have your coffee. The location is great , next to the beach , restaurants and coffee places . We will definitely recommend them and we will be back .

Everything brand new and fully functional. Smart lock on doors so you don’t have to worry about keys . No reception on site but they are always available via text / what’s app

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! I only stayed for one night, but it was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and I really appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, complimentary coffee, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was great — close to shops, restaurants, and easy to get around. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Even though it was a short stay, I felt right at home. I’d definitely love to come back for a longer visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located apartment!
