The room is not too bad near to the beach however when we stayed here it's too loud because they are doing construction

I’ve stayed at this Hotel two years ago and it was really good. This time was horrible. It was way to loud, they were working on the hotel during the day and during the night there was the parties.
It wasn’t clean. The bed was hard. I had to change the hotel after just one night.

Anita Resort is under reconstruction. So they blocked the way to the standard rooms block at the northern corner. The borders have to make a detour through the pool and reach to the three storied standard room building. The ground floor of that building is entirely messed up by the removed used materials and living of the workers. Due to the monsoon rain the entire block is covered by the bad smell of decomposed materials. There is insufficient light on the roads to reach to that block, otherwise stopped by cautionary words. The adjacent two storied building is a slum that violated privacy of the borders of the first and second floors of standard rooms block. Requested to change the room, the managerial lady asked compensatory money or asked the borders to leave her hotel. This was a rude proposition for the borders to Phi Phi Island for the first time. There is no telephone in the room and the boarders found none after continuously phoning the manager lady. The receptionist ladies were sober and kind, but not the one who picks up the mobile calls only unseen, she could be manager or the owner, we didn’t know. Yes the break fast was good and the location of the hotel was good too.

Солнечно со стороны входной двери, она же выходит на помойку (внизу, если посмотреть через перила)
В номере всё необходимое, уборка и смена всего каждый день. В бассейне есть бар, но он рано закрывается, другой анимации в отеле нет.
Напротив жилого корпуса после бассейна натянута сетка, там идёт ремонт.
Панорамные окна не тонированные, шум до 01:00-02:00 есть, но некритично, даже беруши не нужны были.

The hotel was great and suited us well for our stay. Only negatives for some would be that there o going construction late into the night sometimes which could be very noisy, as well as that it’s close to a beach club which you can hear from the room. The above didn’t bother us due to being out late most nights ourselves.
Pool was great and we didn’t try the food at breakfast so couldn’t comment. Staff at the front desk were always extremely helpful and carried our bags to and from the pier on arrival and departure.
