What a fantastic hotel.. staff were so friendly and helpful, room was lovely clean and good shower. The location was great own pool But a stones throw from beach as well. on site bar serves a great variety of drinks and staff were good. 5 min into town where there are great restaurants serving great Greek food ! Of looking for a place to relax this has a chilled atmosphere and chilled vibe. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold and served till 10am daily.. A great place for a weekend break or longer will defo be back great value all round.

Just got back from another lovely stay here. Been coming to this hotel with family for many years now. But I can say that we’ve had seen a decline in the hotel. The atmosphere seems very different and not how it used to be. The staff in the bar (4 lads) seem not to really look and seem happy. They were always sitting about and not interacting with guests as much as the old staff. The place was never really cleaned by them either. Cups and mess still around the pool area from the day before and never moved unless guests did so. Maintaining the general area around the sun beds was not done either. The pool it self could really be paid more attention too as well. As it’s looking a bit grubby, Around the sides need to be cleaned and cleared more often. The sun beds them selfs are starting to be looking grubby too, as some were either ripped, stained and the straps that hold them in place were broken. Our room was on the top floor over looking the side, it was clean and plenty of space. Had a min fridge and a safe where the storage and hanger were. The two single beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a good decent size. Just the only thing was then you had a shower the floor would get flooded with the water coming up the little hole next to it and when your in the shower, it would also go everywhere. The food was reasonable and the drinks too. Had plenty of different choices. The breakfast was not as good. It was the same thing every day. And most of the time it was cold. Really could do with putting a microwave out so people could warm food up if needs be. I know it’s a problem in most places but the wasps were not very pleasant. Inside the breakfast area and landing on food. Also pestering you while eating. I know this can’t be helped but need some in place to reduce this issue. The hotel is in a really good place where you are right on the sea front and just a few minutes walk from the strip of restaurants, bars, shops and even a gym. Our favourite restaurants that we love is YumYums, The family, sweet revenge, The brothers, Asian-feast and The Two Brothers. If you want to get bottled water for your room I recommend getting from the first shop on the corner (blue stutter & lilo’s outside) when you walk in to the strip. They do big bottles at reasonable price. I know they will be going adults only next year, which things may change but they really need to sort out the pool area. We may come back next year depending on how things with home life are but we will not give up coming yet.

We had our first visit to Tsilivi and were glad we chose this Hotel. Perfect location especially if you love the sea. The food was good for breakfast and lunch. The beach bar is great (not so good if you don’t like music as it plays all day). Our room was fine (great shower). Not much privacy on the balconies but we learnt to open the shutters to create a little shelter. The staff are all very friendly, Chalalambos in the bar was so lovely and Dennis on reception so helpful. We had a great holiday thank you to all the staff at Phoenix Beach

Really enjoyed our stay at Phoneix beach hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful with booking taxis and telling us local attractions, the rooms were always kept very clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good (the cake and omelettes we had every morning). The location is absolutely perfect!!! Beach off the Bar and very close to the strip of bars and restaurants. Great atmosphere in the bar at night too, showing all football games. Very good value with no compromise on service.

Lovely hotel. Rooms cleaned every day. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Special mentions for Denis at reception and Cristos and Klea at the pool bar. Fantastic location on a beautiful coastline. 20 second walk from pool area to the sea. Highly recommended place to stay.

Had a 2 werk stay here with the wife and family. Sea front view, awesome rooms with daily cleaning. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for you! The smash burgers at their beach bar is awesome, a must try!!! Bless you all at Pheonix Beach, see you again!!!

Really lovely hotel right on the beach but also very short walk from plenty of small shops and restaurants. Cooked and/or continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Cleaned and well maintained. Would definitely recommend and return in future.

Fantastic hotel, great location, lovely food and right on the beach. We had a side sea view room with the bonus of beautiful sunrise through the bedroom window each morning. Stunning. Dennis and the staff were brilliant, nothing too much trouble and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back, missing the place already

First time stay here,what a great hotel.brilliant staff,Denis on reception really helpful.great cleaning staff,rooms made and fresh towels everyday.no real problem getting a bed round the pool.pool bar good variety of food and drinks,music could be a bit more varied for everyone as it seemed more for the bar staffs personal liking than the guests and customers.food was good normal brit/continental breakfast.but desperately need new toasters as it was gamble as to which side toasted .had a top floor Seaview room,big room,biggest bed we've had anywhere.bed and pillow a bit to firm for us but thats personal preference.p.s if your lucky enough to be in a top Seaview room you'll see the bats flying around in the evening/early morning which i sat and watched everyday.would return in a heartbeat and hopefully will.

Super hotel! Bij aankomst na een hele vroege vlucht hadden ze onze kamer al klaarstaan, wat ontzettend fijn was! Super vriendelijke receptie en schone kamers. Zwembad was ook erg fijn. Met 1 stap sta je letterlijk in de zee vanaf het hotel en allerlei leuke tentjes, supermarktjes etc op 2 minuten lopen. Enkel parkeren was soms wat lastig maar even 1 minuut verderop zat een parkeerplaats.
