This hotel is conveniently located next to the Olympic Stadium in Athens, and its central location is a major advantage. The staff are very responsive and helpful, though the property itself is showing its age and could use some updates. The rooms were somewhat dusty, particularly under the beds, and the elevator and stairwell corners would benefit from a more thorough cleaning. Overall, however, it was a pleasant stay.

Modern cozy comfortable hotel
Modern cozy hotel, very convenient location not too centered but still close enough to it.
Perfect service, good breakfast, the host explaining everything we needed to know and very servicial, she offered us breakfast to take out because we had to leave early before breakfast time, very kind of her, the hotel was always clean and bed is comfortable. I recommend PI hotel.

A strong 4 stars from me
Finding decent accommodation when you’re a family of four, with two early-teen daughters, is always a bit of a nightmare when it comes to holidays. Despite first impressions - the hotel is down a small scruffy side street- Pi Athens ticked a lot of boxes for me.
We had Apartment #1 which was a good size for the four of us, an open plan set up with a comfortable double bed, a sofa room and two single beds tucked away in the corner behind a curtain. The bathroom was big, the shower was lovely and the air con worked a treat. The location was also excellent, ridiculously close to the impressive Panathenaic Olympic Stadium and a 20-25min walk to the centre (Acropolis etc) through a nice park.
Why not 5 stars? Little things like the door handle to the bathroom falling apart, and the breakfast being a bit poor. But I’d still happily book Pi Athens again if I ever returned to the city with the family.

There is nowhere to put soap or shampoo for rub and countertop for the sink is wood so it’s warped do to water getting on it.

Very hospitable and especially wonderful hosts! Centrally located, large studio, elevator directly to the room, very safe and quiet. Breakfast hours were extended only for us, and we could use the facilities even after noon checkout time so we got to do more sightseeing before returning to the hotel for a quick refresher and take out lunch and then heading out to the airport. Transport from port and to airport was arranged for us as well. Would be my first choice if traveling to Athens again with children. Thank you, Sokratis!

Great communication with Socratis, and Natasha was so nice and helpful. She welcomed us at the front, explained everything and provided useful info on things nearby (don’t miss eating at Mavro Provato… it’s close, great prices, and excellent food and service). The room was HUGE (basically an apartment flat) and accommodated our family of 4 with ample space. The breakfast was a bonus and the location was great for walking to the main attractions. Socratis arranged drivers from the ferry port and to the airport which saved us lots of headaches. Highly recommend PI Athens.

Check in was great. Front desk guy was super accommodating, flexible, welcoming. Easy to communicate about needs even prior to arrival! Helped with airport transfer, luggage, crib - Kudos to him! Some negatives: property’s maintenance and upkeep is lacking, cleanliness is pretty below standard- towels are old, rough and hard, cockroach under side table ( traveled with a 6month old so got to look under) Breakfast is basic, breakfast lady is pretty quiet - not the kindest. She also did not bother to stop smoking in the lobby while we were waiting in there with our baby …. Overall it was okay. Great location.
